Do not hire this company. The owner of the company is very aware that a mold infestation is a health hazard and that it requires immediate attention. She uses that vulnerability and basically convinces you that her service will kill the mold. She was given a detailed mold test and remediation instructions. Her technician spent thirty minutes in the apartment. Despite my repeated requests that the mold needed to be cleaned and pieces removed she claimed their “patented” spray kills mold without need to clean the mold. She also actively discouraged me from getting the apartment retested saying that the mold was gone no need to waste money retesting. Thankfully I did retest and the inspection report stated that the mold was very much alive. They had not cleaned anything or followed any of the remediation instructions. The mold was still there visually and in the air. This woman actually repeatedly told me that it was safe to go back into the apartment. She had blatant disregard for my daughters health. I had paid her $2350 for absolutely nothing. Angi should not recommend this company to anyone!
