Plumb Tite's customer service was exceptional. I was not at home when the work was completed so the plumber called me and walked me through everything they found. Very easy to talk to and very helpful. Would definitely work with them again!

The renovation went as smoothly as possible for such a large project. If there was any issue, it was addressed immediately. Ashley, Perry and Luis are all extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. I am about to start my second renovation with them.

It went very well. The plumber came earlier than scheduled. He discovered the problem quickly after opening the wall. It was an issue with the toilet that is adjacent to my bedroom. He quickly repaired the problem and I paid the service fee.

SES couldn't have been more pleasant to work with! From their professionalism and kindness, to their transparency with scope of work and pricing, there's not a better company to trust with your renovation/build. Every person we encountered with SES from the Owner to the amazing men and women who worked on the house were kind, honest, and open. It was so comforting to trust the people spending time in our home. They were more than just the staff working on our renovation, they were people we were able to get to know. Here are some bullets to describe our experience as succinctly as possible: Our plan: - My husband and I knew exactly how we wanted the finished product to look, so we were able to provide SES with lots of pictures so they could envision the end goal as well. - We purchased all of the materials for the project (flooring, cabinetry, appliances, backsplash, etc.), and SES made the project come to life! The Details: - On our first call, we were able to schedule a time to have someone come out and assess the scope of work. - Within a couple of days Perry came to the house, assessed our first floor, discussed our plan, and we sent him our inspiration pictures via email. - Within 1 week we had a detailed quote including product and labor pricing. - We were able to schedule a meeting with Perry to adjust pricing since we were purchasing our own materials, and the next morning we had an updated quote within our budget. - Once we paid for permits, the process began and within 6 weeks (because Jefferson Parish took a while to complete the permitting) work started; at this point we had all of our materials ready for the renovation, and all of the work went smoothly from there. - We added on 3 big projects throughout the renovation and they made it so easy. We'd reach out via email, Ashley and Perry would respond with confirmation and pricing, and we'd be able to move forward the following day with the new work. Their process: - Ashley who manages the office, would reach out every evening via email to let us know who would be on site the next day, what time they would arrive, and the scope of work on the list to complete. - If any pieces of work weren't finished on the planned day, Ashley would reach out to let us know why and when the item would be finished. - If anything came up during the renovation that Perry or Luis felt needed to be addressed, they would call us, offer us multiple solutions with pricing, and allow us to chose the option that was the best fit for us. Do yourself a favor and work with them; they're awesome!

  • American Heritage Renovation LLC

It went great! American Heritage did my hall bath renovation, and I put in a call to have my master bath remodeled next. Zack and Anthony are experts who know their trades. Combined, they possess over 50 years of practical remodeling experience in practically every trade needed to gut and put a high quality Kitchen and Baths together. I have known Zack for over 20 years. He was born in Europe, and he has always been a man with that "old world" integrity. He would often say: "If you're not satisfied with my work, you don't have to pay me until it is right." Of course, he never finishes a project unless it is done correctly. I highly recommend his work to anyone. You will not find anyone better! KJB

  • Brooks Plumbing Repair & Services LLC

I really appreciate the prompt text message response I got from Brook's, and they came out same day! They were also really responsive when I had to leave to run an emergency errand, and kept me posted on the ETA of the tech. Robert came out to help us that same afternoon, and was very friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. He cleaned up all the mess, and was on his way in less than an hour, and took my card payment in the yard. Great experience, and I would def recommend!!! I know I'll be giving them a call anytime I have an issue with my septic tank or plumbing from here on out.

  • Bertucci Bros Plumbing

I'm a buying agent, so I generally with a variety of plumbing inspectors. I was out of my normal area, so I searched for an inspection service close a property my client Dawn Phillips is interested in. Once the introductions were over Joel and Brandon evaluated the layout, and promptly started the inspection. Joel was very professional. He kept the conversation going with stories and some past experiences. He drafted a layout of the sewer system and left voice commentary while the video was traveling through the pipes. He answered all my questions knowledgably and with a offered some advice when he could. After the job was over, they cleaned up and checked the cleanouts one last time before handing over the video on a usb drive. Megan the office administrator was very accommodating and quick to respond. She offered a number of payment options to make it easy for my client. I added them to my list of inspectors. When in the Laplace area, I will absolutely use them again.

My lucky day, Upon receiving the call that I had busted pipes on a rental property I enlisted Bertucci Plumbing to help. I was really luck I did. The job was twice what was expected once the digging began and the leak was located. It was still freezing weather so plumbers were simply not available. Tony accepted the job and completed it under the most limiting conditions. I received five star treatment and highly recommended this company for your plumbing needs.

Plumbers in New Orleans

Not long ago, you would call a plumber in New Orleans and he'd look over your clogged drain or investigate the low water pressure. Maybe he'd be able to see the problem immediately but often he'd have to actually dig up certain areas and follow the pipes to find the issue. Today, technology allows for special cameras to be inserted into pipes to find the problem.

Knowing exactly where and what the issue is, allows for quicker solutions, less expensive repairs and a lot less inconvenience and mess from having to do exploratory digging. At times, digging is still necessary, but now the plumber knows exactly where to dig.  Given the recent flooding and disasters that have hit New Orleans, it's important for folks to inspect and maintain proper pipes and sewage systems.

What do plumbers in New Orleans take care?

Plumbing covers a wide area. It involves the normal running water and flush toilet, but it also involves the hot water heater that allows you your warm shower, it provides your cooking and drinking water, the ability to water your lawn and the pipes that allow your washing machine to turn out clean clothes. There are pipes inside your home, between your home and the street and under just about every street in your town. When something goes wrong, it takes a professional to determine where the problem originates.

The person who first installed indoor running water and flush toilets made our lives so much easier. No longer are baths taken in a tub of heated water sitting in the middle of the room, with the youngest members of the family having to risk dirty water that has cooled considerably and no more cold winter trips to the outhouse. Plumbing is something we all take for granted today. That is, until something goes wrong.

Having a yearly plumbing inspection in New Orleans can help avoid problems like waking up to a cold shower some winter morning or having your basement flooded from a burst pipe that has been rusted through. Consider your plumbing now and you can allow it to remain a background luxury in the future.
