I called Lee Company early in the afternoon and the next morning 2 plumbers came to the house and installed the sump pump. The job had them on the clock from 8am until 3pm and there was a lot of standing water in the crawlspace they had to deal with. The price for me was reasonable, but it was not cheap. Then again I found myself in a situation where I didn't have the luxury of getting quotes, I needed the job done that day and Lee Company delivered. It is never pleasant having to deal with emergency plumbing repairs, but if you do find yourself in an emergency situation like this give Lee Company a call. They saved my bacon and I only lost one day of the mold company drying out my basement

The cleanspace wall system was extremely loose and basically not functional. There was an air-handler butted up against the wall so it certainly made it difficult. Had they told me that there wasn't enough room I would have waited till I got the unit moved so they could install it properly. Overall, the entire project was sub-par and certainly not representative of the brochure they showed me showing their products and quality of work. So I took pics and sent them to Frontier. I got a call back from the sales manager Dustin the next morning, who told me it was unacceptable and that he would come out personally to fix the install. He literally came out the next day and brought it back up to a higher quality standard. He really brought this experience from a negative to a positive . He did the right thing. Thanks Dustin

"Excellent. They came out right away, were prompt, and worked into the night, in the cold and snow, so I could have water that day, even though I was prepared to wait. They thoroughly checked everything inside as well and took care of some other problems that were caused by debris that had settled in the pipes and the old holding tank. I am an elderly widow in rural Tennessee where it is hard to get anyone to come out to do anything, and Lee Company was a Godsend. They told me I was "their only customer right now." "I was nervous about this as I had never had to install a gas line. I thought it was going to be intensive, expensive and might mean my having to paint the laundry room that I had just completed because we'd moved in only days prior. "Shaun discovered a water leak in our bathroom wall that we didn't know we had. He came out within a day or 2 of contact and his crew started in 2 weeks as he said they would. They came out every day until the job was complete. He walked us through the process of the encapsulation, sump pump and dehumifider installation. "It took a long time till they could do the work because we had a wet summer and the company was covered up with work, but Theresa and Byron (the owners) kept me informed and let me know when they would be able to come to do my house. The crew brought heavy equipment and completed 6 downspout drainage pipes to get the water further away from my house and one condensation line from a heat pump AC unit that was pouring water out next to my house every summer. "WOW!!! I truly cannot day enough good things about this company. I called for a clogged pipe upstairs in my kitchen. Tanner came out and worked his magic. He had the best manners and always referred to me as “ma’am”. Extremely polite and respectful. It was $150 + the $50 visit fee. He left, then later that day I noticed that the clog was still present in the pipes because it made it down to my downstairs shower and backed up into there. I called them back and another guy, Denton, came out not even a few hours after my call. He fixed the downstairs shower drain, then called Ron (owner) who told then not to charge me anything for the second visit. Both Tanner and Denton could not have been more professional and had great manners and amazing customer service. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will absolutely be calling them every time from now on for any and all plumbing needs.
