I'm with a company that I've been with for almost fifteen years and they provide me excellent service. They're the ones that put all the heating and air in this house when we built it and they have been very reliable.

They're the one's who put all the heating and air in this house when we built it, they had been very reliable and if I have any cleaning or just maintenance or anything like that, I call them, I do not call another provider, I know them by now.

The unit is in the attic and we discovered that the drain pipe comes down the inside of wall to the outside of house. There is a leak dripping inside the wall.

I've used them before and it went exactly like this. They come when they promised. They called me with the issues and the proposed fix. We agreed on it and then they fixed it. I'm very happy. Rick is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and dependable. Good job. I have another issues that needs to be addressed and I will call them to come fix it when I have a moment.

Called at 8 am they were there by 10am had my unit cooling again within a half hour. They tech was very knowledgable and friendly .

Came highly recommended by a friend's mother in the wholesale HVAC industry. Was my 5th quote. Came in with the best price. He was the only vendor out of 5 that told me my lines were not large enough for a sere over 13. Everyone else was pushing 14-16. He was very transparent about pricing. He showed me his wholesale price in a catalog and told me his mark up and labor costs. Very nice and knowledgeable.

We own a new home, and they put the system in, so we have a warranty with them. I have had to call them out at least twice a year due to our units breaking. The first time, our AC was not working and they charged me for freon when all they did was take freon from my larger unit and place it in the smaller one...it said that right on the ticket. They thought this was the fix. Then it broke again. Well, that was b/c it had a leak. They told me they fixed it and low and behold my unit broke again last year. This time I was told that my unit could not keep up b/c AC units are produced for certain areas within the US and this unit was produced to only keep up with an average temp of 94 degrees and b/c it was over 94 my unit could not keep up. Well, that's b/s why is everyone else's units keeping up and mine can't...b/c there is a leak. So, when I called them out to fix the unit, they never even called me back. I don't care if I have a warranty with them or not, I will NEVER use them again!

I could not have asked for a better experience. I went on the internet to research the best heat pumps and came upon a website that, upon my request, contacted four heating and air service providers in the area. Of all the people that I spoke to, David Willis of Air Systems Inc. was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to what I asked about heat pumps (I really was pretty ignorant), and suggested several brands. Mostly concerned with quality, I was leaning toward Trane, which David said was a great brand, but also suggested Goodman for a lower price. He helped me understand the efficiency ratings and and the differences in quality and performance between brands. He is definitely not a hard-sell person. I got the sense that he really enjoyed his work and wanted me to have the best result. I went with the Trane, which he had mentioned was the quietest unit. The crew arrived right on time, were pleasant, and worked quickly and efficiently. The price seemed very fair, considering the quality of the work. David showed up during the job to help the crew and install the thermostat. When the installation was complete, he patiently showed me how to operate the system. This is a great company run by an honest, reliable owner who really cares about his customers. I am a licensed plumber and will be reccomending Air Systems Inc. to anyone who asks me who to call for HVAC work.

Air Systems has been maintaining my unit at my home since I've lived there, since 2002. As long as Brandy has been doing the maintenance, he has been very professional. The other guys are fine as well, not as professional but they are prompt. Brandy knows his stuff or seems to. My only concern has been the unit I bought in 2004 but I don't blame Air Systems even though they recommended it and installed it. I think I was unfortunate and bought a lemon but Air Systems and Brandy have been nice and always worked with me on repairing it at a reasonable price and as long as Brandy's involved I've had no problems with this company.
