I am really unhappy with them. They put in expensive equipment and I think the equipment is quite good, but I don't think it is working properly. I have had a lot of trouble with it and he apologized me for that. The heat pump works at most temperature, but when the temperature goes below 35, it won't work properly. The heat pump is supposed to work on an automatic setting and should decide whether to heat or to cool, but this system would not do it. It kept failing and it kept going out all the time. They tried to fix it, but they could not fix it. It is also possible to run it just on cooling or just on heating and I have to figure out for myself which one to do. They do basic things pretty well, but this heat pump is kind of a special item. They put in okay, but they really don't know how to fix it properly. Their price is fair and I don't think they overcharged me. Their responsiveness is fine. I will not use them again in the future.

Bobby's real good. We like him and have been using him for years. We would not take our business elsewhere if that tells you anything at all. He is neat and cleans up after he is done. He knows his stuff.
