Full Service CorpThis is the BEST contractor you will ever find! We always heard that contractors don’t call back, don’t meet deadlines, don’t show up as agreed, etc. We first met with the contractor with the intention of renovating a bathroom. We ended up doing two full bathrooms, a brand new kitchen, the garage, all closets, house lighting, porch renovation and more! They are fantastic. They show up every day on time with no exceptions. We always knew what the scope of the work for the day, week and month was. The team is reliable, honest and very respectful. They became family to us! The pay attention to the minimal detail and the materials they use are the highest quality. I can’t say enough how satisfied we are! We just signed to now also do the driveway pavers. We had some water spots on our ceilings, and they had not been painted since the townhouse was built 15 years ago. They did a great job - their painting was perfect, and it took some time and patience to get some of the ceiling in the kitchen covered behind the stove and on the water spot, but Lance took the extra time to see that it was right. They are very careful to cover everything, and we did not have any drips on anything. He also did some drywall patching and paint touch up where we had new bathroom fixtures installed, and they were also done meticulously.

I've been looking for a new renovation guy since my last one retired and I have found him! T&R has an office in Miami and Orlando. Raul Torres is my man in Orlando. We needed him to install a hardwood stairway (a job left undone by a previous contractor) which was a difficult install with a curved landing. They also demo'd a half bath and installed ceramic tile there. Dry Wall repair was done where we removed fixtures, base boards replaced and the room was painted. Excellent work and great people.
