I couldn't be happier with the work provided by Chris Storey and his crew. They demo'd old driveway on Monday, set forms on Tuesday, poured concrete on Wednesday, removed forms and cleaned-up on Friday. No rain to slow down progress! From my first email, quote, scheduling, and texts during the job, Chris responded timely and thoroughly, answered my questions, and accommodated additional request for minor repair, i.e., my front steps had a chunk of concrete broken out. His crew was able to repair the chunk and replastered the entire step so the color would be consistent. They pressure-washed the other steps to further improve color consistency. They were able to accurately grade the driveway to improve drainage. During clean-up the crew did a good job of pressure washing the splotches of cement off the side of the house, downspouts, fence, and side of deck, replaced dirt and sod on my and my neighbor's property, and washed down the street in front of my house. During demolition, the bobcat did a bit of damage to the garage door frame. The last thing done, Chris got a piece of trim and replaced the damaged piece on the door. Excellent work, experienced and professional. I called my warranty company and they contracted a company who sent a plumbers helper to my house to spend 3 minutes looking at the water and then quoted me $350 to fix it or $1600 to completely replace it. After two days of them not showing up for various reasons (rain, scheduling issues on their end) I called Mr. Rooter and another plumbing company for estimates. Kevin a plumber from Mr. Rooter came out the same day I called. He spent about 30 minutes inspecting different areas of the pipe and then looked at the pipes under my house. He explained that repairing the pipe was not an option since it was an old galvanized pipe and it would just end up failing soon after the repair. I asked him about 10 different questions about the pipe, materials, digging in the yard, and he answered each one in a way that was understandable. He calculated the estimate and then showed me the handbook they use to do the estimates. The estimate was itemized, which is one of the reasons I chose them over the other plumbing company I had contacted for an estimate. He came out the next day between 7 -8am and got to work. They worked until the pipe was replaced around and replaced the soil neatly back into place, which was about 4:30pm. I actually expected a much larger trench than what was done. My only complaint would be that they had to remove 3 bushes and 3 smaller plants to dig under the foundation. When they replaced these plants everything looked OK, but they were not all placed back where they came from. And some of the dirt had concrete in it that will need to be removed from the garden. Really not a huge deal, but I think that snapping a quick picture before they dig could help them replace the plants back to where they should be planted.

The morning we had the appointment, he called to inform me that his truck had broken down. I was understanding- it happens- and followed up with him several times about rescheduling. I was clear throughout- including by text the morning that we met at the house- that I wanted to remove broken concrete. When he arrived, he told me that concrete was not included in the deal. (When I went back and looked at the fine print this was true, but again, if he had told me that earlier I wouldn't have wasted my time). He tried to charge an additional $280 to remove the 2.5 approximately yards of debris for a total of $340. He said that it was more than 2 yards (it was probably about a half yard over) so I told him just to take the 2 yards covered in the deal. He said if he honored the deal he would only take a few pieces total. He kept saying how much work it is, which I knew because I'd made the pile and had already taken over half of it to the landfill in many trips with my pickup. He complained about the weight, even though the deal made no mention of a weight limit. When it was clear we could not agree on a solution, he said that I should ask for a refund. I am frustrated about his lack of professional communication. It really seemed that he was trying to make an extra buck over and above the deal I'd purchased. I did not want to be ripped off so I cancelled the deal. I am now requesting a refund."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/tn/arlington/1-855-us-trash-reviews-7963966.htm"},"position":10}]}

Josue repaired my concrete curb along the front edge of my house. Did an excellent job and offered great insight. went above and beyond to add structural elements (rebar) to ensure the curb would hold in place
Accumulation of landscape railroad ties, construction debris, brickbats, concrete chunks, concrete blocks in back yard was an eyesore. I let it go too long, and the accumulation of the above made routine mowing, weed eating and trimming a challenging task. Jimmy and Jesse quickly scoped out...

Professional, thorough, and timely. Original assessment was reasonable and very thorough. This inspection is what showed up the leak. It evidently had been in existence for awhile as indicated by the mold, but was in an area seldom used and therefore went undetected. Started, by tearing out...

"Hired them originally to widen my driveway in order to park 2 cars side by side. They did a great job with it. But that’s where the nightmare begins. They did such a great job I decided to have them go ahead and redo the rest of the driveway. I’ve never had more regret in my life. The jobs were only one week apart. The first huge red flag was the lines in driveway were completely different from the pour one week before. I can’t even fathom why they wouldn’t align them to match. Next they busted quite a few places in the extension of the driveway poured less than a week ago with the excavator and made zero attempt to fix them!! If those two things aren’t bad enough, THE TWO POURS ARENT EVEN CLOSE TO MATCHING!!! They look like two complete different kinds of concrete!! I was finally able to convince the owners to even come take a look only after threatening to take them to court. As you would imagine at this point it was nothing but excuses on the concrete manufacturer. They “attempted” to make things right by sending the crew back out to use light duty concrete cleaner on the newer portion but of course that did absolutely nothing and I haven’t heard from them since. Payed right under 10k for both jobs. Going to be a couple grand for my lawyer but hopefully I recoup some of it."

FAQs for concrete driveway service projects in Memphis, TN
Concrete can crack from general wear, improper installation, or in response to uneven support from the soil underneath. Small, thin cracks on the surface of aging concrete are usually a result of normal wear and tear, while cracks on new concrete more likely indicate a problem with installation. Larger cracks or uneven steps can signify a much more severe issue. A concrete contractor should be able to diagnose the cause and repair concrete cracks for you.
A concrete driveway lasts between 25 and 30 years, provided you maintain it correctly. Other factors that impact the lifespan of a concrete driveway include your location’s climate and the amount of wear and tear it receives. Heavier vehicles, like RVs and trucks, notoriously create more wear and tear than lighter vehicles and, therefore, might reduce the concrete driveway’s overall lifespan.
With proper maintenance, exterior concrete steps can last 25 to 50 years or more. In most cases, your steps will require some minor repairs over that time frame, including sealing surface cracks and resurfacing to keep them in good condition. Interior concrete steps should last even longer, usually between 50 and 75 years, as they don’t have to stand up to the elements.
The cost to install a concrete driveway is $4 to $15per square foot on average. Your price heavily depends on your desired concrete finish and driveway size.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay an average cost of $1,900. For a driveway at double that size (400 square feet), the average price is closer to $3,800. Plain concrete is significantly more cost-effective, averaging $7 per square foot, whereas stained concrete averages around $19 per square foot.
The cost of resurfacing concrete is $6 per square foot on average, though that cost can range from $3 to $9per square foot.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay $600 to $1,800, and for a driveway that is 500 square feet, that cost averages $1,500 to $4,500. Resurfacing your driveway will give you the look and feel of a new surface without the hefty cost.
You may want to hire a concrete floor contractor to check out your home’s concrete surfaces or inspect your home’s foundation for minor damages that they can fix while on site. They may be able to fix cracks in your driveway or garage floor the same day they fix your concrete steps, as well. General concrete repair experts usually won’t be able to handle larger jobs, like leveling a sunken foundation, so you’ll need to hire a structural engineer for bigger projects.
