Job was done right.

First impression was great! Francisco responded quickly, showed up as planned, used a tape measure, listened to my plan, calculated a quick estimate on the spot, and then started and completed my project in a timely manner, and then did a nice clean-up afterwards. I now have a very nice expanded (size x 2) new concrete driveway and sidewalks. Excellent work.

We paid half down so they could buy materials, etc. they got started and finished the wall. We paid entire amount remaining. We were very happy with the finished product. THEN - in February 2024 we noticed a deep crack high above and then we noticed blocks that were “lifting” on the edges. Weep holes were never created at the bottom of the wall. They assured us they installed French drains to handle rain runoff. When we let them know the wall was coming down, Francisco, the owner, came right out and said he would take it down and rebuild it. They took it down and started to rebuild it - slowly. The rebuild started in February 2024. They are about one third done, as last time we saw them, it was May 17, 2024 for three hours. It has been sparse, averaging 3 hours every 2-3 weeks. Our back yard is a mess and has been this way since February (photos attached). I try to text Francisco but he rarely answers. No explanation or communication.

The contractor for Century 21 Construction, Francisco Delgado, was professional and prompt. The job was completed in a very timely manner, the team left the construction area very clean during the entire project. I recommend Century 21 and will use them again.

Century 21 Construction did an EXCELLENT job! The communication between us about the design and materials was seamless. They followed the scheduled time perfectly. No surprises except an extraordinary finished product.

It went very smooth, Francisco and his crew finished the repairs in the agreed timeframe which was on a weekend. Repairs included tile, drywall, wood work and some miscellaneous fixes. Very reasonably price. Definitively I will hire him again!
