"Agreed upon services were competitively priced and completed in a timely fashion. However, the Blue Ribbon Exteriors installation team should be very careful with existing home features that they come into contact with. Many of the original flashing, gutters, and trim features of the home were damaged when the project was completed. Also, scaffolding that was installed at the rear of the home was not properly stabilized and supported which collapsed (in wind) and damaged an existing composite deck. Although, the roof looked good when it was done and there has not been any leaking issues or shingle loss in the past year. The "Would you hire again" question should have a "Maybe" option which I surely would select after this experience.show more

"It went very well. Things were scheduled, then completed in a professional & timely manner. When one of the things we agreed upon in our contract was not completed, we simply let them know & they rectified the issue without delay. The sales guy, Ray, was friendly, kind & professional. The office staff was very patient & helpful with the insurance claim process & kept in contact with us when things needed to be taken care of on our end. That was especially important because I was going through an illness at the time & I was not able to keep up with my normal routines. "Their representative was very polite, kind, on time, professional, knowledgeable, and open to all our ideas . It just turned out that our project/site just was not a fit for what they do. We need to build a garage into a bank and there are several challenges. We're going to need more than just a flat pad and a pole building. <br /> I appreciated that he did not push us to do like all the other contractors that came out which was tell us to build a retaining wall first and then build garage inside the retaining wall. He gave us ideas and pretty much confirmed that we need to go a different way that we are going to follow through with since they were not able to help us out although he really did by offering us his well-informed suggestions.
