Wonderful. His response was immediate, The area was cleaned very well. I bought a 100 year old house several years ago without knowing all the hidden plumbing problems. George, the owner, has continued to come in and save the day with professionalism, quality work and reasonable pricing. This case was no exception. Renters said the toilet was not flushing so I called George. He had it diagnosed and remedied on the same day. This would have been a major issue but he took care of everything. I never even had to visit the apartment during his service. Raw sewage had leaked out of the pump area. They not only replaced the pump but also cleaned and sanitized. He has performed large and small work on my apartment. I strongly recommend them

Day 1: I called Pro Plumbing for what I thought was a simple blockage of the sewer line on my 85-year-old home. Brandon responded initially and spent several hours diligently trying to snake the line from my toilet, to no avail. He found tree roots in the terra cotta line but could not get the blockage to budge (and couldn't use a camera because the line was full of water). Brandon also surveyed the rest of my house and took notes/offered advice about other plumbing issues. He offered a service plan to which I subscribed and that ultimately took hundreds of dollars off the current job (and will make it easier to do future work). I then called the city crew to investigate/dig out the city sewer connection (it was in an unexpected location, not next to the water meter) and locate the (buried) street-end cleanout. Day 2: Once it was determined the block was on my end, Brandon and Thad returned and tried to unblock the line from the cleanout; they also used a camera to image the blockage. The line was riddled with tree roots and completely blocked under the house (line was buried in the crawl space). Brandon and Thad offered me other options (hydro-jetting) and advice, but they were honest about what they suspected would be the ultimate outcome: The new sewer line was the best, albeit most expensive, option; as they noted, I would probably be throwing my money away on interim solutions. Day 3: Richard arrived with a backhoe and dug the line. He was very careful and managed to avoid getting any of my red clay on the neighbor's property--quite a challenge given that the new line is less than 6 feet away from the property line for much of its length. Brandon spent hours in the crawl space doing the under-the-bathroom work; he did a bunch of extras (for free) there as well, cleaning out 80+ years of plumbing patches/debris so that I essentially have new plumbing in the bathroom. He also prepped the tub for a future renovation (tear out tub and install a shower). When he left, the bathroom was spotless: The work was done beautifully, he cleaned up everything, and he wore booties whenever in the house to avoid messing up the floors. Thad was carefully supervised everything and created the sewer line outside, making sure the line was graded properly, replacing the shoddy water connection that the city had installed on day 2, and preserving my dogwood tree. The new line crossed the gas line, and he made sure that everything was safe and secure. Day 4: After the city inspection was complete, Richard returned to cover the trench. He even filled in the city-created 4-foot crater in my yard, leaving me with a perfectly graded yard. Brandon returned to fix the cleanouts at the proper heights and ensure that I was happy with the result. I cannot say enough about the professionalism (and kindness) of the whole group from Pro Plumbing. Their work was thorough and meticulous, and they handled all of the unexpected problems that cropped up (e.g., a terra cotta stormwater runoff pipe that emerged once the digging started) with aplomb. The sewer line was quickly installed, and overall the process was as painless to me as possible. They did many little extras for free, leaving me with a permanent solution that I truly believe will last for the rest of my lifetime. Brandon and Thad listened to me carefully and respectfully, offered solid advice, and were honest and trustworthy throughout the ordeal. I regard the notes they took about my other plumbing issues as a punch list, and plan to contact them in the future about those repairs. I am very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Pro Plumbing to anyone

All problems diagnosed and resolved. Great quality and no problems with the work performed. They talk to you simply and give honest appraisals and answers to your questions. My father was a plumber, so know a good plumbing service when I see one. So glad I found Pro Plumbing. I have been searching for over 10 years and having to use inferior plumbers with high prices after my original plumbing service that bdid the original plumbing when the house was built in 1977 retired. I now have a yearly service maintenance contract with Pro Plumbing with preventive inspections and lower prices on repairs when needed. Highly recommend Pro Plumbing

I stated out with another provider that my family has used before. They came out and ran a power snake to the road but the line would not drain. They called the city to find the clean out located at the street. The first crew the city sent could not find the street clean out and ran their power snake at least to the street but could not clear the line. The city crew put in a work order for a backhoe to dig and find the pipe and or install a street clean out. The second crew showed up found and dug up the clean out. The street clean out showed the stopped was still between the house and street. My first provider worked till 8 PM trying to clear the sludge and had pushed some of it out when he gave up and told me I needed to have a hydro sewer cleaner provider to do the job and left. I price having it done by a hydro cleaner and found the cost to be high starting at $450.00 for the first hour and $150.00 per additional hour. I also contacted Able Sewer and drain and after explaining what was needed Alex said although they did not provide the Hydro cleaning service he thought that most of the work was done and that he could clean out the line. I decided to give Alex a try and called him back. He arrived within 30 minutes at 1PM and had the line clear in 15 minutes. He had me turn on all the water I could and spent another 15 or so minutes running his power snake back and forth to be sure the line was clear. All in all he saved me a lot of cash and was very professional in his work. I told him not to cover either of the drain clean-outs back up because I wanted to do it in a way I could easily find them and get to them should I ever have a problem again. Charles Graha

Great service. Alex and one of his counterparts came out 4 years ago and performed the same service. Alex made my families night and following morning a whole lot easier to endure.
