I’ve used pinnacle moving numerous times! Whether it be moving my kids several states, or moving across town. I love them! I’ve called them even to move an bureau from upstairs to down. So friendly, so professional. I constantly recommend Allen Mitchell and his crew!

Great work. The 3 men who moved our furnishings were polite, professional and handled the furniture with care. It was pouring out. They made sure that nothing got wet. I only wish I could remember their names. They had great attitudes even though they got soaked. They handled our piano with great care through the mud and up the stairs. They actually finished in slightly less time than they quoted us and so the cost was less

They arrived right on time after keeping s update multipletimes about their arrival. They sent plenty of guys who were all very friendly. They planned out the Best way to get the armoire down and did a very expeditious job, finished in about 30 minutes. And they even took a different dresser back upstairs for us! Also, they will come by and pick up all your empty boxes and packing paper when you are done unpacking

When reviewing several candidates for our move, the difference early on was the personal attention from A-1. Rather than having us fill out forms and estimating our move through formulas and communicating via email, we spent a good deal of time on the phone explaining what made our situation unique, including an apiary, wood and stained glass workshops and the associated tools, equipment, and raw materials which included several hundred pounds of stained glass sheets and nearly a ton of hardwoods. Their advice and suggestions were invaluable even before we had made the decision about which carrier we would use. What they suggested and what made their option the most economical for us was to hire them to load two trucks with the most important items and those items best moved by professionals. The remainder we would move ourselves and/or discard. This allowed us to keep costs at a reasonable level for a move that was almost impossible to estimate otherwise. It turned out beautifully. They did such a great job packing the two trucks that we ended up with them handling all of the expensive (and heavy!) stuff, and we were able to get the remainder into a smaller rental truck (which we did at a later date.) They kept telling us that they would not be the cheapest carrier, which was true, but neither was their estimate the most expensive one that we received. We could not be more pleased, impressed, and in awe of the work that the movers did. They arrived in WV with fresh snow on the ground, and the high temperature the days they loaded the trucks was 12 degrees; when they unloaded in NC, it was in the middle of an ice storm. Yet they did not slow down or hesitate to focus on their jobs. We have already recommended them to a couple of other people and will not hesitate to call them at any time in the future

Several weeks before my in-town move, Mr. Handshoe came to my house to give an estimate. He kept in contact with me over the next few weeks. The day of the move, 3 men arrived ON TIME, looked around my house while I gave commentary and instructions for about 10 minutes. They backed the huge truck into my driveway and got to work immediately. It was an extremely hot day but these 3 men worked non-stop except for water breaks. I had a lot more boxes than I originally thought I would have but they did not complain! The entire move took about 7 hours. These men were friendly (but NOT inappropriate) and extremely hard working. I did not hear ONE curse word the entire day!!!! They were extremely knowledgeable about packing a 26 foot truck and nothing was broken or bent. They had to take the furniture up a flight of stairs with 2 turns and they did that very well!At the last minute, I decided that I did not want to keep my old piano, which was falling apart, and for $100 more, they were able to take it to the dump.I believe that the $120 an hour for 3 hard-working and professional men was WORTH EVERY PENNY!! There were no hidden fees

When I called to set up the move, the owner was wonderful to talk to and made sure to tell me about the license they hold and their A rating here on Angie's List. The owner of the company called the day before the day of the scheduled move to confirm time and how many men would be arriving. The 3 men arrived on time and were very professional throughout the move. They were efficient and careful with our possessions. I would use them again and plan to in the very near future for our upcoming move

They arrived right on time. They sent 3 big guys who were all very friendly who planned and executed out a very expeditious job, finished in about 30 minutes. And they even took a another less bulky piece back upstairs for us and took away 3 pallets for us. All in all an excellent job.

They were really careful and didn t break anything. They had all of the special equipment. They simply moved it from the store to our home. They were all friendly and the price was exceptionally cheaper then other companies.
