Andrew and Clay were so professional and kind! They showed up to their appointment on time and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to help protect my belongings. And although it wasn't much, they were respectful of my items. Would definitely recommend them!

I thought it was fine but there was damage. They partly reimbursed me for that but not enough from what I lost.

These boys had to deal with moving up 2nd floor apt from home we sold. VERY professional. Worked as a team. Called us Sir and Maam. One small table leg got broke and they were very upset. They took to fix. We were so pleased with their concern. It can happen as these are humans and not robots. We have been in their shoes. They handled some heavy and large furniture with no problem. Huge flatscreen TV moved with no problem. Awesome company. Will use again.

Great company to work with at an excellent price. I like that this mover does not charge you a fee just to drive to your house. Three movers came and they did an excellent job making sure my furniture was fully protected. Call them before calling anybody else.

They came a day early but that was OK because the weather dictated it was a better day to move. The head guy (sorry,forgot your name) was excellent. He was very organized and got everything in one truck. He had helpful suggestions as well. The delivery went fairly well even with my difficult driveway. Only complaint was some parts were left off two of the beds and hidden underneath so I had to pull the whole mattress and box spring off to assemble correctly. Also my stepladder was put on the top shelf of the storage shed and I still haven’t figured out how to get it down yet as I need a ladder to reach it. Other than that I would highly recommend this mover.

Great work. The 3 men who moved our furnishings were polite,professional and handled the furniture with care. It was pouring out. They made sure that nothing got wet. I only wish I could remember their names. They had great attitudes even though they got soaked. They handled our piano with great care through the mud and up the stairs. They actually finished in slightly less time than they quoted us and so the cost was less.

It was an extraordinarily long, hot day, but the movers were excellent and professional. About 3 hours into the move, the movers realized that not everything was going to fit into 2 trucks! Fortunately, they adjusted quickly and were able to bring in a 3rd truck (and 3 more movers!) that was wrapping up a smaller move across town. Kelvin and Greg worked together to coordinate this new truck, and they didn't charge me any extra for the extra truck or extra men, which was a great relief on a very stressful day. All of the movers were incredibly kind to my children; they were very patient with my 3-year-old's desire to come "see the big truck!" and they worked very hard to get the move done as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to use them again if i need to move in the future.

We didn't request that they do any boxing for us so I can't vouch for that service but they did wrap the appliances and large electronics before moving them. They didn't damage anything until late in the day and even then it was a very minor scratch or two that I didn't even report to them. They worked about 12 hours straight except for grabbing a piece of pizza here and there while they worked (I bought lunch for them, voluntarily). The whole team worked really hard all day with no breaks. This move was my third using a moving company and no one has done any better. The cost for the move was around $1,800 plus the cost for lots of boxes, three packs of packing paper (only needed 2 though), taxes and eight rolls of packing tape. Although the packing tape they provided held the boxes closed very well, it was a pain to use b/c it was so thin - so thin, in fact, that it kept getting stuck on our tape dispensers in various ways. That's my only complaint and it was fairly minor at that. So, you may want to get your own packing tape. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again though.

Great service. They were on time, the price was as expected, and they moved everything carefully. They also worked very hard to get my refrigerator in the house-- including removing doors!

The group that moved us this past weekend was amazing. They should up right on time and even moved everything in less time than originally quoted. I will deffenitly use this company again in the future.

The movers were prompt, professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient. They worked quickly AND carefully. They worked at a pace that prevented me from being charged for wasted time. However. they didn't rush; none of my things were damaged in any way. I would recommend Tri-City Movers without any hesitation.

Everything went very well. We had a lot of stuff to move from our third floor apartment into our first home. The team of three got straight to work upon arrival. They were extremely professional and made me feel confident that everything will be moved as if it were their own stuff. The move in was just as smooth. We did not find one thing broken and were very pleased. We would hire them again.

Excellent service. Kelvin was helpful & being a fellow Vet to Vet made it even better. Also, Greg, Jason, & Steve were helpful & professional. Everytung was explained well & we communicated great during the move.

The crew was on time and worked their tails off for start to finish. I've never seen a group of men move so quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and funny too. If we could have afforded a larger tip they would have deserved it.
