"This is the email I sent to them regarding my displeasure with the project. To date I have received no response!! The person I had been in contact with is Cesar Gaytan. Email: ( July, 2021 ) Hello, I'm sending you this email as a means to voice my displeasure with the job. The quality of my garage floor is great and I have no problem. However this is what I'm not pleased with. 1. After several requests I still do not have a written contract stipulating the work performed, cost, and warranty information. 2. You damage the top trim of my garage with a back hoe and have yet returned to repair the trim. 3. The garage door is out of alignment as a result of the back hoe damage to the trim. 4. Personal equipment left on my property ..ie boots. Was very happy with work before all of this happened..Anyway I would like to know if you plan on doing anything to rectify the discrepancies I have outlined... This is the only e-mail you will receive from me...

"After Tai and his crew set a new concrete driveway in the front of the house, we had TKS construction build a concrete deck for us in the backyard. Tai explained everything upfront and the costs involved for both projects. He and his team were punctual with the time frame and daily work. It took them only three days to put in the concrete deck in the back that matches the concrete around the pool. They were exceptional with daily clean up of debris in both projects and final touches in a timely manner. Tai always responded promptly to our communication and stands by his work and by his word. "Casey and his crew did a great job! He made some good recommendations that saved us money but also proved to be helpful for the cool deck overlay that was done after he had finished his part of the job. They were very reasonably priced, and he was good about letting me know what the next steps were as they were progressing on the job. There were no surprises in the final bill; very fair. His crew was on-time, respectful and pleasant to work with. The entire patio area now looks fantastic! Totally transformed and we can't wait for summer to be able to fully enjoy it. We would definitely use Casey and Level 10 again!

"We first met with Stephen Mickey and laid out the parameters of the job. He provided a written price quote within a day or two. During this period of time we were meeting with a number of concrete companies. Mickey Concrete stood out as a very knowledgeable and professional company. They were not the least or most expensive but felt right for us. Little did we know how important this decision was going to be. The crew showed up when we expected and completed the removal of our old and installation of our new 6” (3/8” rebar) circle drive. The crew worked together very well. Stephen was on-site off and on, especially to keep track of everything and manage the pour. The result was ‘wonderful’ and my wife and I could not have been happier....until....3 days later when it cracked. Water was bubbling up through our beautiful, new, 6 inch thick driveway. It was very disappointing and even depressing. But then, like Mighty Mouse (anyone remember Mighty Mouse?), Stephen Mickey showed up to save the day! He found out what had happened because of a missed line check by his sub-contracted sprinkler person. What was to be done? How could this be corrected? Tune in next week for....no, I can’t do that to you, poor reader looking for concrete companies. The conclusion? The sprinkler line was rerun and the section of concrete with the crack was cut and jack hammered out. New concrete was ordered from the same company, with the same amount of accelerator chemical added. It dried and matches perfectly with the original pour. We could not have been happier. It is not every company who stands by their work anymore. Thank goodness Mickey Construction/Concrete is not one of those. We have the highest regard for these guys, for this company and for Stephen Mickey.
