We were absolutely appalled by the final result. He failed to completely drill out the tile under the moulding around the edges of the bathroom.He did not level the concrete that he poured, so it is full of ridges and rough spots. The color does not RESEMBLE what I showed him pictures of and asked for. The concrete stain is pooled in some areas where he failed to level out the floor. Each of the "finished" stained surfaces contains unsightly contaminates that he SEALED IN -- such as grass, dirt, hairs, and other unknown substances. Most importantly, he told me that my husband that he would "make it right" and then ignored my husband's calls. I would never, ever recommend this guy to anyone.
