  Mr. Paul Daw a licensed home Inspector by the State of Texas (License number TREC#7096), arrived approximately 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Courtesly introduced himself to my wife and I, explained the entire process of the inspection to include what his inspection would cover and what was not included. He then proceeded to inspect the roof, checking soundness of structure, shingles,all vents and air intakes. He checked foundation, grading and drainage. Inside he inspected all walls, ceilings and floors. While checking them he turned on all faucets, the washing machine and dishwasher to see if there was any drop in pressure, and that all were functional. He tested every electrical outlet, light switch (ensuring that they worked, that the dimmers worked and that installed fans worked at all settings). He turned on the hot water heater, and observed its ability to quickly heat water. Tested the HVAC for cooling and heating. checked all drains. He checked all appliances for proper functioning, eg. oven reached and maintained correct tempature as set. During inspection observed that one sink leaked water onto the back porch, that a side panel of one sink was not properly installed, that static water pressure reading was high, and that the Microwave electrical connection was was not proper. Mr. Daw then went over every thing he observed during the inspection, making numerous positive comments, and explaining the deficient item. He had taken pictures of all deficient items, and included them in his final report. He explained that he would e-mail his final report that evening. He was polite, informative and professional. His final report arrived via e-mail as explained. All In all a valuable, complete inspectionshow more

  They were referred by a realtor. They do a number of things, but I used them only for home inspection. They were really good. They came out and did the assessment. They said we could call them if we needed anything. They took me all around the house and said why a certain thing was not up to standard, and what I needed. They went all around the house and checked the plumbing, electrical circuits and everything. They made an assessment telling me what was up to standard and what was not. I was told me what things needed to be repaired. They provided a detailed list of everything that needed to be done. I would recommend Home Seeshow more
