"The clients who posted this review were great clients who were placed in a precarious situation and given less than 48 hours to get an inspection and close on the contract of sale! There was no dishonesty in what they stated about the delayed delivery of report resulting in expiration of the contract. This home had major deficiencies that required extensive evaluation and documentation, and I have to say in my professional opinion I am thrilled they did not buy the home. I did not deliver on my end, and acknowledge that failure as a rare mistake that I have learned from. Within two weeks of this inspection being completed, this client contacted me with an apology and refused a refund that I offered. I was then hired to inspect the next home that they placed a contract on, and they received a discounted fee for services based on the inconvenience that I had caused. The next inspection report was promptly delivered to another happy client. I was unaware of my presence on Angie's List until recently when I was contacted by a representative of Angie's List. I am going to attempt to contact this client to modify the review that they have given me with a F for the grade. You will also notice that there is another review by the same client with a grade A rating that was posted prior to the delay in delivery of the report."
