Noles Inspections

From the start: On-time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We greeted one another, he asked if I had any questions or concerns, took the time to answer my questions, and then started working. The inspection took at least 3.5 hours (he was very thorough). Then took 20 to 30 minutes to explain his findings and also showed me the troubled areas.

Mr. Noles was incredibly professional and meticulous. He took time to explain his findings when I stopped by and proved to be extremely knowledgeable about construction in general. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him very highly.

I can't say enough great and amazing things about Noles Inspection.  I researched several home inspectors on Angie's List and followed up thru the Better Business Bureau.  We watch a lot of HGTV, and I've joked for years that I wouldn't by a home unless Mike Holmes came to inspect the house personally, well Noles Inspection is definitely on par!  Mr. Noles was on time, very professional, very high tech with his inspection tools, but made my husband very comfortable as he talked to us, not at us, and explained some things as he went.  After he finished his inspection, he set up a projector and went over all of the pictures with us on site, explaining all of the problems that he found.  There were some major issues that were not working the day of the inspection, and other issues that weren't what one would think of as problems needing to be immediately fixed, and he brought them all to our attention.  The report included the pictures of the problems, and all of his notations about those problems as well as a summary problem report that would be easy to use as a 'honey-do' list for the not so major problems.  With the initial email, he let me know what his services were priced and offered additional services such as a termite inspection.  The company that he used for the termite inspection were very professional, and fun, and checked in with us several times during his walk-thru to give us mini-updates on what he found.  
I would definitely recommend Noles Inspection.  If there were a way to give a grade higher than a simple A, he would be getting it!

Emailed their website on Sunday, received an email back that night and a follow-up call the next day, and scheduled service for the day after.  Professional, prompt and thorough -- he suggests you walk around the home and ask questions, and does a slide-show follow up at the end to summarize his findings.  Very impressed with the whole process and would use him again in the future and would highly recommend him.  Thanks Darin!

Darin did a great and thorough job on a new home purchase inspection. He took very precise care and concern in his work. He looked at all possible and eminent concerns. Without a doubt his report was very through and backed up the presentation he provided at the end of the inspection. Very friendly but professional in his work and relationship with the client. I will definitely keep using and recommending him to anyone who is having trouble trusting and finding a good home inspector.

Ok Darin really know his stuff. I was impressed with his state of the
art equipment that he used on the inspection.  He thoroughly inspected
every inch of the house and discovered the major and minor issues that
needed to be addressed. He zip-leveled the floor to check for foundation
issues, which my previous inspector didn't do. Darin also used a
thermal imaging device to detect leaks.  This guy really takes pride in
his craft. His presentation at the end was very informative.

Great Service!

Darren came highly recommended by a colleague of mine, and my realtor, so I called him up to schedule an inspection during my ten-day option period.  He had almost immediate availability that worked around my schedule.  I was surprised when he showed up with all of his equipment, both high tech and conventional.  Darren uses Google Glass to do his inspections - definitely on the cutting edge of technology.  He was very thorough, and sat down with me afterwards and showed me his preliminary findings before he wrote up the report.  

Overall, I was very satisfied and would use him again / recommend him to others needing a home inspection!
