Somerset Painting & Professional ImprovementsSomerset did an excellent job throughout the entire process for painting my whole exterior, siding repair and replacement, and new gutters (through Allied gutter). My house needed quite a bit of exterior work done before and during the painting project and they were able to complete it all with high quality. Somerset is very competitive in terms of price and is at the top in terms of detail and quality. About 1 week after I agreed to work with Somerset I needed an emergency repair around the outside of a window and they were very quick to respond and help, even before they could come out to do the project. I am picky and I thought their craftsmanship was outstanding. The job took a few days which was to be expected for the kind of work they were doing. Leo's Painting LLCGreat! Leo is a soft spoken guy who takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. I initially purchased a Big Deal for exterior painting, however when he came out and realized that my house was considerably larger than what the Big Deal was for, he gave me a quote to repair and paint my home, in addition to the Big Deal. He started the job once the weather permitted and completed it very quickly. Funny, I have hired a lot of contractors through Angie's List and Leo was the first one that didn't ask to give him a raving review on Angie's List. EIFS RepairThey are very good. We are very pleased with the results. There prices were reasonable and in line with other estimates. The problem is there is not very many people in this area that do that kind of work .There were problems underneath the stucco with carpenter ants and we had to have wood replaced.- Laura N.

EIFS RepairCorey came out promptly to give us an estimate, but explained that his product is not the same as the stucco we had on our home, and that it would be very expensive compared to replacing it with the regular stucco. He said he would be glad to do the work for us, but recommended that we try to get a less expensive option first. We did find someone, but we do appreciate his honesty!!!- Debra P.

Amazing job!! We were really in a crunch & Michael went out of his way to help us get the job done in a really short amount of time. It looks spectacular! He did some custom edging that looks great! Nice straight lines, beautiful grout job. Michael & his crew kept the site super clean while they were working on it - even brought their own vaccumn! Took the time to listen to us and when we ran out of tile, didn't even complain about having to re-do a couple of runs of tile. Incredibly industrious. On time. Polite. They will be our go-to tilers from now on. Michael also does masonry and we are going to hire them to do some tuckpointing, as well as facing some pillars and a list of items at my In Laws as well. Super impressed & that's really hard to do!! Thank you SO much for getting us out of a tight spot, Michael!

We contacted Harvey Construction late last fall for some masonry and concrete work. We realized that we were very late into the year and that they might not be able to help us right away. Terry said he would have Frederick contact us. Frederick was prompt in coming out and giving us a quote and said that they could start work soon. We said that sounded good though there was no written estimate or signed contract. I contacted Frederick several times via text message after that and he responded that he still hoped to get the job done soon. We never heard from Frederick again. I would have understood if they couldn't get to us considering time restraints but we were never contacted again. I'm not going to do business with a company that is not responsive which is the reason for this review.

During the construction process, we asked many questions and they were always willing to take the time to answer and address them all. If we didn’t like the way something looked, or had an issue, they would listen and make the changes until we were satisfied. In addition to the awesome work and communication, they would always take the time to share some love with our dog. If we asked, they would even let her out for us when we would have a long day at work. We are very happy we chose US-Tech Builders to complete our renovation. We loved the guys and the work they did and we have received nothing but awesome feedback from those who have come to the house and saw it. Highly recommend!
