After joining Angie's list, I found the Rozhkos based on good reviews by former clients. From start to finish, this was a good experience. Within 24 hours of my first call, I had an estimate. Within 48 hours, my sofa was picked up. I had selected some faux leather on my own, but Vitlay had other samples that were more to my liking so I went with his selection. I was also unsure whether I wanted a welt on the cushions because the sectional is quite modern, so Vitaly made a sample of each! The sofa was ready exactly when promised and, in addition, I was surprised with some cute damask accent pillows. The quote for this job ($600 including misc supplies + faux leather) was just unbelievably reasonable. I would recommend the Rozhkos 110%. Excellent experience overall
- Best Foam & Fabric OutletI took in couch cushions to have the insides replaced with new foam rubber for my 92-year-old mom. The kind store owners advised me on which products would be most suitable for the foam, the wrapping and the waterproofing. I called ahead, and since I had come from a distance, they immediately got to work and were finished with all three cushions in 45 minutes. Such great service
- Vitaliys Furniture Upholstery & Euro Pro Carpet CleaningWe couldn't have been more impressed! We spoke with Maryana, and then set up a time for Vitaliy came to our house. He removed the cushions from our dining room chairs, provided a huge selection of fabrics to choose from, and then returned to our house within 1 week to reassemble the chairs--in a snow storm and subzero temperatures, no less. (He joked that this was nothing compared to where he is from in Russia.) He even fixed the warped wooden seat of one of the chairs at a nominal charge. And for all of this, the cost was less than half of other estimates we received that would have had us waiting at least 4 weeks. The chairs are more comfortable than before and look brand new. Vitaliy was professional, punctual, and an all around great guy. The service was top notch and very economical--how often do you think you should pay more than what you did for a service? Will definitely use them again

"I thought their price was a little high because I see that other companies could do it for just over a $1000. One gets to see on the TV everyday that they would install a window for $109 or something like that, and I paid $259 a window and for 2 larger windows I paid $334, each one was $224 and that was pretty high. The workers who came to install 11 windows were too much work for the 2 men. They barely finished that and it took about 10 hours for them and by the time they finished they were dead tired so they did sloppy work at the end. They left finger prints all over my window frames and the windows were all dirty. They did not clean up after themselves at all. Some of the windows don’t open and close right. They did not square them. I called them the next day and talked to the guy who did the window installing and he laughed about it like it was some joke and I told him that these windows are not square, since they are not closing right. He could not close and open them right before he was trying to leave, they were in such a hurry because they were so tired. I can’t blame the two guys because it was too much work for them. But he promised that he would be over within a day or so and get it done and that has been over a week now. I have not heard from him again. So I don’t anticipate that they will come and correct the problem. I don’t blame the workers, they worked hard. I have never seen two guys knock themselves off the way they did. It was too much work for two men. I don’t think that the quality of the windows are great as they advertised. So professionally, the two men were diligent, honest and hard working but they were over worked. They could not do the job correctly. The quality of their work was not satisfactory.

"The desk was the type furniture that the buyer must assemble. I had trouble finding the advertised assembled unit on the sales floor. I asked a salesperson and she cheerfully led me to the unit, took my sales order, and arranged for a delivery person to wheel it to my car and load it in the trunk. I was impressed with the attentive service that I received for such a modest purchase. The instructions for the assembly of the desk were reasonably clear, with all parts present and described in the assembly instructions. The assembly takes a fair amount of time to complete, but this is the nature of inexpensive 'knock-down' furniture.
