"well, this is very long story with this customer. she provided fabrics and fabric was double sided. normally top of the fabrics manufacturers keep inside for easy unroll and cut so what we did. It would be very fair to mention that [Member Name Removed] said nothing about what side she want and even didn't open that roll with fabrics, that she received from the store, she just gave it to us and just because we didn't read her mind she left us unpaid??? when we delivered her couch, she was so happy and said Thank you guys many times.There another side of that story that [Member Name Removed] prefer to hide from public, that she actually didn't have a money on her account when she wrote us a check, according that information what we got from her bank, she wrote us a check from a very old account where she had nothing, zero. on our side we did everything to make her happy, normally we charge for the sofa $480.00( please note we have a very low prices in a city) but we gave her a discount and did job for $ 460.00, free pick up and delivery and when she accused us of bad job we agreed to come and fix that ''problem'' but we got a very suspicious about payment and went first to her bank and find out that there no money, when we confronted her about that, she lied that check has been canceled and that was not true yet , she canceled that check later, so we decided to keep her fabrics and rotten cushions as a lien until she pay for her job,also she said in her review that we were verbally abusive and that is not true again... it was she who yelled on us in her messages, I saved all our conversations and can easily prove it, who was actually abusive. about punctuality, she is wrong again, she requested delivery on May 5th of 2017 at 6pm and we did it, . Do not worry [Member Name Removed] we keep your pillows and fabrics in a good dry place until you pay for the first job. we really believe,all that dirt she throw on us it just because she do not want to pay for the job. We are not afraid of that bad review because we are honest people... We work with customers for many years and she is the first one,who left our job unpaid. Excellent quality, excellent value. We had two chairs recovered and they look brand new. Vitaliy was very conscientious and wanted to be sure we were satisfied. He strongly suggested we use a high quality fabric and we are glad he did this. Chairs are beautiful! Do not be in a hurry, this can take a month to a month-and-a-half. We would use them again.

Very well from start to finish. Vitaliys and Maryana made the process of having the chair reupholstered very simple from start to finish. Excellent work completed in a timely manner. I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting upholstery work done.

I was very pleased with both the price and quality of work. I did a thorough search and found Vitaley to be by far the most reasonable. He was very prompt in replying and giving me an honest appraisal for the work. He replaced the stuffing for all the cushions and filled them with foam and made them feel like new. When I needed more work done I did not hesitate to call him. He also completely refurbished the morris chair which was in great need of repair. He filled the cracks and restained the wood, and completely recovered the bottom. The final result is a beautiful chair which I've been wanting to put in the house for years. I've also received compliments on all his work and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Vitaliy Rozhko and his son did an excellent job! He used a special machine that thoroughly cleaned the carpets, even the spots that were badly soiled. He spent about 3 hours at my house and was very professional and courteous. I made a mistake when texting my address and phone number to Vitaliy and when I realized my mistake and called, he said he could come that very evening to clean the carpets. Since I was moving out of the house the timing was critical. I would highly recommend using Vitality as his rates were extremely reasonable (about half of what I was quoted from other companies) and his work was flawless.

Very well! The efficiency and quality of the work was outstanding. My chairs needed to have everything replaced including the stuffing. They rebuilt the cushions so they look like new. There was no additional charge for pick up and delivery.

I am enormously pleased with the work. We had an array of fabric to choose from and the price including labor and fabric was excellent. I am now enjoying chairs that have been stored for several years that belonged to my grandmother.

It went beautifully! Vitaliy (Maryana's husband) did the work. He had a ton of fabric samples to choose from. Then he picked up and delivered the chairs to our home. He said how long it would take and that is how long it took to do them. They are very nice! Old and new chairs are shown in photos.

Amazing, amazing, amazing job on upholstering and finishing a chair we bought second hand. I searched Angie's List to find a local upholsterer and saw the favorable reviews for Vitaliy. I placed a call and sent him some pictures on email and he was able to provide a quote over the phone for the job. The quote was very reasonable and he seemed to have a good deal of work on his calendar but we were not in a rush, just wanted a good result.
After speaking on the phone, we agreed on a time to bring the chair to Vitaliy and he took time to show me a lot of options for fabric and wood stain. After choosing the combination I wanted he quoted the job and held to the quote. When we picked up the chair the craftsmanship was outstanding and the cushion looked like it came from the factory. He did a fantastic job refinishing the wood and got the stain just right. Needless to say we were very pleased with the result.
We would definitely call Vitaliy for any upholstery needs in the future. Just a rock-solid person that came though on value and workmanship.
Vitaliy also does carpet cleaning and when I moved out of a condo, the commercial carpet cleaner I booked was a no call / no show. Having to scramble for another option I reached out to Vitaliy and he made room on his schedule to fit me in his schedule in just two days. When he was finished, the carpets and stairs looked like new and our landlord was pleased. Like his upholstery business, he is reasonably priced and takes great pride and care in his work. We would use his services for carpet cleaning without hesitation in the future. Thanks Vitaliy for doing a great job!

We LOVE our chairs!! Vitaliy picked up, reupholstered, and delivered our six dining rooms chairs, and we could not be more pleased with his service, his advice in selecting a fabric, and more important, his workmanship. Our chairs look like new, and they are more comfortable than they were when we bought them (great foam!)! Maryana handled the scheduling and communicated with us as we made arrangements to have the work done, and she was very responsive. We will definitely use their service again if we need anything reupholstered.

The work was excellent, and very fairly priced, particularly since Vitalyi and their son picked up and delivered the furniture as part of the base price. Because it is (basically) a one-man operation, it was a little slower than it would have been at a bigger operation, so if you are in a huge hurry, these may not be the right people, but otherwise, they were delightful to work with -- very responsive, easy to reach, and very pleasant.

I found Maryana and Vitaliy when I went on Angie's List to post a review for a large upholstery company in Denver who had taken twice as long to make my cushion as promised and then made it wrong. While looking for a different company, I was very impressed to see all the positive reviews for Maryana and Vitaliy. I called and talked to Maryana and she told me to email the dimensions along with any helpful photos of the area. I did that right away and Vitaliy got back to me later that evening with an estimate. I mentioned to them that we had an Open House planned two weeks later and that I would love to have the cushion by then if at all possible although I knew I was asking for a lot on such short notice. The two of them came to our house to measure and brought about 20 fabric books. We chose the fabric, Vitaliy gave us the final cost (which was lower than the original estimate), and he said that although they are quite busy, they would make every effort to get it done before our Open House. They did just that! Since my husband works about a mile from where they live, he picked it up so they wouldn't have to make another trip to our house. It fits perfectly and looks great. I would definitely recommend them for upholstery work and I will use them in the future if I have need for such work.

When I called to talk about the job on March 15th, I gave information about the work requested, and left a phone number. That evening, Vitaliy Rozhko called me and we talked about the work. He emailed a price quote to me the next morning.
I called and scheduled a dropoff at his home on March 24th. When we got there, we had a large choice of material, and were able to pick one that matched the interior of our trailer. We planned a camping trip in mid-April, so I asked that the cushions be ready by the 15th. Vitaliy called on the 10th, and we picked them up on the 12th. They look great, and are much more comfortable than the original seat and back sets that came with the trailer.

The only reason I signed up for Angie's List (I'm glad I did) is because I was having a really hard time finding a quality upholster that didn't charge an arm and a leg in the Denver metro area. I visited many companies, sent in pictures (via their websites) of the (2) chairs I needed reupholstered, and asked them all for a quote. They came back with some outrageous figures for a job of my size. Especially when you consider that I was supplying the fabric for both chairs. I found the Rozhko's, here, and decided to contact them based on their positive reviews. I sent them a picture and asked them for a quote. They got back with me, that day, with what I considered a VERY reasonable quote. I asked when they could start the job and Vitaliy said he'd pick up the chairs the following day. When he arrived he had a book of photos that showcased some of his quality work. It put my mind at ease that he knew what he was doing and I was glad he showed it to me. He then looked at my chairs and said he could make some accent pillows (with the left over material) as well. His quote for the ENTIRE job was less than ONE chair would have cost me at any of the places I contacted in Denver (I contacted them all btw). I agreed to his price, time line for completion, and he took the chairs and fabric with him that day.

It cost too much to restore them! I'm so happy I found this company! Now I can continue to find and restore old pieces without breaking the bank. In the end...I feel I get a much better product (than you can find on today's market) restoring old furniture to 'like new conditions'. The finished product looks good and the cushions are more firm & comfortable now. The corners of the chaise cushion don't quite have the same curve as the original cushion; the corners were originally more rounded. Still the overall job is high enough quality that I would still hire them again. This is a better price than some other places I had previously contacted.

We couldn't have been more impressed! We spoke with Maryana, and then set up a time for Vitaliy came to our house. He removed the cushions from our dining room chairs, provided a huge selection of fabrics to choose from, and then returned to our house within 1 week to reassemble the chairs--in a snow storm and subzero temperatures, no less. (He joked that this was nothing compared to where he is from in Russia.) He even fixed the warped wooden seat of one of the chairs at a nominal charge. And for all of this, the cost was less than half of other estimates we received that would have had us waiting at least 4 weeks. The chairs are more comfortable than before and look brand new. Vitaliy was professional, punctual, and an all around great guy. The service was top notch and very economical--how often do you think you should pay more than what you did for a service? Will definitely use them again!

This was a very simple and no-hassle transaction. I called to find someone to reupholster our kitchen chairs. Maryana asked me to send a photo of the chair to make sure it was something they could guarantee could be done. They got right back to me with a a very reasonable rate and offered to either pick up the chairs or I could bring them over. I took the chairs and fabric to them and at that point they showed me an album of some of their work which looked to be quality work. The chairs were done in 3-4 days and they looked like new chairs when completed. They did a great job and were easy to work with and reasonably priced. Would recommend.
