CONCEPTS INCHad an excellent experience from start to finish with Concepts. Jennifer Retail Manager was very considerate to answering my endless questions and the granite I picked out was in great shape when it made it down for install. The two installers Rocky and Chris came down on a dreadful snow day and were very knowledgeable and professional in the install. They are a great team and if you use Concepts I would ask for them if possible. Finally the price quoted was more than competitive and hard to beat.- RICK R.

All About TileGavin Moore started work on the day he said he would be at our house with his crew. They were courteous, neat, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The room is rather large with a stone fireplace which had to be undercut to get the tile snug. The room also has a curved wood landing to work around as well as too circular floor outlets. I am a perfectionist and the the floor looks fantastic!- Laura M.

Ideal Garage Solutions LLCIdeal Garage was amazing to work with! Brad and Austin were extremely responsive, and worked with my wife and I to design an incredible new space. The floor is fantastic now, and all the wall slat storage, overhead storage, and cabinets ensure that I do not need to have anything on the ground laying around ever again. I love the bike accessories that allow me to wall mount my 4 bikes, and swivel them from side to side. It's a completely remodeled space, and the price was extremely reasonable. I'd recommend Brad and Austin's team to anyone who asked, and already have a few friends who were blown away when they saw the finished product ask which company did it. KR Fritz LLCKen and his team did a great job on our kitchen remodel. This work was done while we were back at our main home in Ohio. We felt very comfortable with Ken's team in our home while we were away. Ken's price was the highest of the three estimates we received, but he definitely had the best vision for what our space could be. Our home was built in the 1930's, and the kitchen was closed off and not very functional. He opened up the space, moved a doorway to make more room for cabinetry, and made our kitchen both functional and beautiful. We had some issues with the tile work, but it was addressed and fixed to our satisfaction with no pushback. We would use Ken and his team again.- Kathleen K.

After interviewing three contractors, it was clear to me that Mr. Stein and his construction company was the perfect fit to build a screen porch in my back yard. Van listened to my ideas, and his design was exactly the picture I had in mind. Throughout the course of the construction, Van was very professional. He was on the job site often, and stayed constantly in touch via emails or text messages. His team did an outstanding job. The attention to details, the workmanship, and the professionalism of every single subcontractor were remarkable. I highly recommend working with Van and his company. He is a perfectionist, and so are the people working with him. I not only have a screen porch in my back yard, I also have a Work of Art!

Holmes replaced all the siding on our house a couple years ago. What a fantastic job! Recently our cable company came and installed a new box and mounted it on the side of the house. Within a couple days the cable box had pulled loose and the screws were stripped. I stopped at Holmes to ask what type of screws I should use that would be better than the cable company used. Ian and Buddy said, without hesitation, “we will come over and fix it.” Within a couple days, Buddy stopped by and repaired the cable box. Holmes is a great company here in Blue Ash and the folks who work there are just fantastic. Thanks to them our house looks great! Thanks Ian and Buddy!

During the initial meeting when we received our estimate and up until the day we signed our contract, we were very pleased with our decision to go with Mike and his company. He had lots of information to pass along, plenty of "5 stars" and "A Ratings" with documentation to prove it. Lots of wonderful talk and paperwork showing how important his clients were to the success of his company. Once we signed our contract everything began to go downhill. It took more than 3 months to get the new roof put on (was told no more than 4 weeks, weather did play some of a roll in this so we didn't hold a grudge over it). However, they came and installed an entire new roof and tear down in one day while my wife and I were at work, no notification they were coming or working at the house that day. No chance for us to see what it looked like below the shingles, no chance to meet his subcontractors, no chance to take the dogs somewhere for the day. The very first rain came just a few days later, we had 2 new leaks. Mike wouldn't return our phone calls and it took another 8 weeks for them to come out and fix the damage (on the outside, we were responsible for all the new damage inside the home). Another 5 months went by, playing phone tag and exchanging text messages with Mike. We were continually told we were next on the docket for gutters. Finally we cut our losses and hired another company to do it instead. No apology, no coverage for new damages, and overall a terrible experience that I would not hope for any homeowner. In the year and half since, we have had to do more repairs on our "new" roof, and rather than use our warranty we have paid to have someone else come and work on our home. Our money deserved to have gone elsewhere.

They finished the work around August of last year. I did have a loose end with the bathroom door that I had to hire a handyman for, and I did not like that. But many months later when I'm ready to do more renovation work, I realize that the new bathroom Jim Carver created for me has been my favorite room in the house, and I also realize, after working with contractors for the near 30 years that I've lived in my home, that none of them compare to the quality job that Carver did for me. Its been several months now, and everything -- absolutely they did works fine and looks amazing.

We have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!
