Robert identified that the leak was coming in across the sill plate and not below ground. He provided several recommendations for a solution. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

It was a pleasure to work with this firm. Everyone was courteous, conscientious, helpful and reliable. The president of the firm kept me informed at every stage and explained what was being done. Meticulous care was taken to preserve the safety and integrity of the premises, and the work was started and completed within the timeframe outlined. The house was left very clean. I could not have asked for a more professional or cooperative contractor

Ken and the folks at AGGO did an excellent job with our stairs. They came very quickly to give an estimate and listen carefully to our problem. They completed the work quickly, efficiently, and for a great price--easily beating other bids.

Overall, the project proceeded smoothly. Demolition work was a snap. Minus weather delays, which are to be expected, and inspections, which, when you live in a historic district, can be a chore...but these are things you can't do much about, sometimes. Where I get irritated is where the truth lies. Ten inches is ten inches, right? I admit I'm a tough customer, but when ten inches on a spec sketch turns into 9.25 inches, that's a problem because numbers matter when you work in carpentry. Upon investigation into why the work did not pass inspection initially, and after weighing the options we had, we decided to keep the work as is. When I explained that I was not enthusiastic about this choice, I was told "thank you, is more appropriate." Take that any way you like, but I felt a little needled. I work in customer service, and I know condescension when I hear it. The truth is all of the back and forth about approval could have been avoided if codes were looked at more carefully and the work kept in strict line with submitted plans

I met Devin Rhoades through a client while inspecting a home and he gave me a few business cards. I have called him 3 times now to meet with other clients of mine to inspects house they are buying/selling. He has been able to come out with a day or two at most and very flexible on time. His inspections are super thorough including crawling through a very tight ugly crawl space. Super satisfied with his inspections and explanations to my clients saving them problems down the road

Permaseal was incredibly responsive. Returned my call within minutes, scheduled a visit for the next morning. Tony, their consultant, was right on time. Very polite, very thorough. In turned out that we didn’t need Permaseal’s help for our specific problem, but he worked diligently to determine what might have been causing our issue and suggest potential solutions (in terms a layman like myself could understand). A very, very good experience. Would definitely recommend

All in all with only a few small issues it went really well. We were told they were going to fix all the cracks not just the ones they estimated we had but they gave us an easy solution for that problem so it's fine. They asked us how far above ground one of the window wells so we told them 2 inchesoor so is fine well they put it 2 feet or so above ground. The electrician put a new designated breaker for the sub pump and a solo outlet but threw out the old outlet even though it still worked I would have used that for another outlet downstairs that wasn't working and needed to be replaced but that's just a minor thing. Like I said all in all they did a good job and cleaned up nicely before they left

Crews were professional and thorough. Proposals could be faster for additional work. Otherwise, administrative and management follow-up was very good.
