"Couldn't have been better. A pleasure to have around, conversational, and I really appreciated that he told me he'd been thinking about the problems I had overnight and specifically wanted to check the bypass valve, which was in fact backwards as he thought it might be. Hard to tell if all is truly well, but the summer will bring judgment day. Art did tell me that the unit has been so poked and prodded that there is a good chance it will never return to "normal," but we will see. I do feel he was the most thorough technician we've had here and if he couldn't fix it, I don't think it'll be fixable.

"It went beautifully from the outset to completion. Tom gave us a very detailed contract (explaining all work to be done and all materials to be used), and a very reasonable price. His great crew completed the bulk of the work in two days, and did the finishing immediately afterward. Tom walked us through the completed work, explaining every detail. The test of a roof is the winter, of course, but we've had a couple of fierce wind and rain storms since the work was done, and all is well. We'll check back in come spring, but we have every reason to think we're going to remain as happy with TwinMetals as we are right now.

That describes my total experience with Jay Moody Plumbing and Heating, specifically with Steve Montuori and his crew Adam, Mike and Nick. It started with my initial meeting with Steve in my home. After having 3 other companies come to survey my home for installation of ductless heating and air conditioning units it was clear to me that Steve had the most effective and efficient design proposal. I contribute this to his experience and the volume of systems he has installed as a Diamond Elite dealer for Mitsubishi systems. I am a detailed technical person and I had many questions for Steve over several weeks after his initial visit. Steve professionally responded to all my questions and accommodated my specific requirements into a revised proposal. He followed through on his promise to come to my home on the day of installation to help me submit all available rebates. I honestly could not believe it, we had everything (yes, everything) done within about 10 minutes (mostly because Steve has done about a million of these rebate submissions, so he could probably do them in his sleep). After helping me with my rebates and getting his crew started, Adam, Mike, and Nick got to work on the installation. The installation went extremely well and everything was professionally done.
