Great work

We were extremely happy with the whole experience. I had already rebuilt my brick back steps that were falling apart but was looking for a company that could re-install the wrought iron railings that I had removed that needed some repair work. We had trouble finding anybody interested in doing this smaller job for a reasonable price. But, then we remembered Angis, went online , told them my story and what we needed done. I was given three companies to choose from that could do the job. I clicked on L-A-C Steel and after reading a number of great reviews from happy previous customers that had similar jobs completed, I left a message I wanted a quote for my job. Matt got back to me right away and messaged how he could do the job for a price that was reasonable. I told him it sounded good to me and what day was good for him. He came out at the agreed time, did everything we agreed to within 2 hours, answered all my questions thoroughly to my satisfaction, and at the agreed price.

Needed to have our front wrought iron stair railings cleaned and repainted. Mat did a fantastic job and was extremely responsive to me. Answered all my calls, was on time and did a fantastic job as well as cleaning up when finished. Would hire him again without any reservations. Was reasonably priced and very pleasant to work with. Matt from L-A-C steel was professional from our first interaction. He quickly responded to my request for new steel railing. He went to my house to measure the stairs and sent me option via my cellphone. This option was very efficient and I didn't need to be home to complete. He installed the railing, sent me a photo and I paid him via Venmo. The quality is excellent !! Highly recommend !!

Great communication, fair prices, and quality materials and work! I needed two handrails installed on a small 3-riser exterior granite stairway. Matt responded quickly to my request to get some details on the project then came by a day or so later to take measurements and provide a quote. He then finished fabrication and installation within the agreed upon timeline and price.

He arrived on time did the job excellently. Good communication skills. Definitely a keeper.

Correspondence leading up to the job was professional and timely. On the day of the job he followed up with a window of time and arrived well within it. The guys did a great job!

They responded very quickly for wrought iron fence gate repair and straightening. Prompt and courteous work. Also had them paint rest of the fence as an on-the-spot add-on and they were able to do a quick and effective job.
