Shower install incomplete and damaged product. I asked them not to come back after 8 days of not being able to install correctly. She agreed to send a check for damages and didn’t follow through. Will not return messages. Don’t use this lady! Unprofessional.

This company deserves 0 stars. They have been working on our hardwood floors as part of a kitchen remodel through Charles' Cabinets, and our floors are now ruined after the King and Queen of Clean (what a joke of a name! But I'll get to that later) attempted THREE TIMES to do a job that should have been done right in one try. After choosing a new layout for the kitchen cabinets, one section of preexisting hardwood was left exposed. This small piece needed to be stained to match the rest of the flooring; however, this company insisted that the only way to do it right would be to refinish the whole floor. As I am not a flooring expert but trusted that they were, I agreed. When they arrived to do the job, a task which spanned over several days, they were always late. Frequently throughout the day they would leave to "get supplies" but be absent for hours at a time. When the floors were finally done, they were not only the wrong color but also had huge, circular scratches in them--damage which they rudely blamed on the previous company who had worked on the floors. We demanded that the scratches be removed and the color corrected. About a week later, the company came back to fix the floors, but not without loud complaints in my house about how I was making them fix their errors. They resanded and restained the hardwood, but when they left, the color was wildly uneven with visible lines in the stain marking where the floors had been sanded (apparently they had only done this to the problem areas). There were also large stains on my new cabinets from where they had carelessly splashed stain. Again unsatisfied, I demanded that they return, and also showed my contractor. When he saw the job, he agreed that it had been done very poorly. So began part three. The floors were now sanded again and more stain applied. When all was said and done, my floors were (and currently are) still the wrong shade, splotchy, and very rough. Splashes of stain on the floor beside the baseboards remained, but what sickened me most of all was that when I bent down at my thresholds, I discovered that my solid oak floors had been taken down about a fourth to a half of an inch due to all of the resanding! I do not know whether or not this can be corrected. If it cannot, you better believe that the King and Queen of Filth will be buying me a new floor (installed and finished by another, reputable company)! I am disgusted with the work that this sad excuse for a company has provided and will not be paying them a dime.

I was not satisfied with that.  I did use it shortly after I purchased it.  I think they charged me like fifty bucks or something like that to do extra things.  They just weren't very professional.  They were just, I don't know how to describe it.

Terrible. Ms. Battle came out and gave us an estimate of $5,200 as the maximum price for the job IF it took nine days.  She stated it should not take near that long and should not be that high.  She was to be using 4 workers to perform the clean out.  She estimated 3-4  4' dumpsters.  We agreed and they began the next day with one 40 ft. dumpster. It was very full and she explained about having to pay for the overage.  Again, we said we understood.  On several of the subsequent days we noticed that there were more people working (it turned out to be 4 more people).  We were never consulted about the additional people, potential additional costs, etc.  Since she had given us an estimate felt it was covered within those costs - particularly since she had stated that it should not take close to the nine days included in her estimate, hence less cost.  While they did a decent job and in only 5 days we ran into several problems. It ended up taking 5 dumpsters which we had to pay for up front each time.  We were charged the same for all 5 even though after the initial 40' dumpster, the subsequest ones where 30', 30' and 2 20' ones. The last two were left sitting out there for nearly a week after the job was over.  When I called the dumpster company, I was told they had had a difficult time with this company and that they had never called to have them removed from the property.  I explained the situation to the dumpster company and they picked them up the next morning.  The biggest surprise we the bill. The total was $7,323,51!  When I questioned the cost which was not  far above the estimate and the job was completed 4 days earlier than the estimate encompassed, Ms. Battled pointed out the following: 1) she had brought in 4 extra workers for several days to make sure the job was done quickly ( we had told her the 9 days was fine timing with our moving time - therefore no need for extra workers who were not approved.) 2) On the line items listed on the invoice were: water, Gatorade & ice $68; Breakfast and lunch for entire crew $170;  Supplies, gloves, masks, trash bags $165; and $2700 for labor management!  I saw that they have been removed (more or less) from your site..  But if anyone sees this - do not hire these people.  They are unethical, dishonest, and a total ripoff.

I had mixed thoughts about it. I wasn't entirely impressed with the service, but sadly, their son had also gone into emergency room the week they were supposed to come, so they weren't timely responsive because of the emergency. When they did come, I wasn't impressed, because only one gentleman came to move stuff out of my house. I was under the belief due to their advertising, that they would be recycling or good willing some of my stuff, and the way he threw it into the back of his truck, there was no way it could have gone to goodwill because it was damaged as he threw it. He scrapped the side of the wall, and I helped carry some of the stuff, because some of the things were too heavy for him to move out. I was under the impression that they would send two guys out, and I did half the work. I had told them that I had 2 TVs,and one of them was still in a box. There was miscommunication between him and the owner, because he came back to my house 10 minutes later and said that I owed them money. I told them that I had a coupon, and when I called the owner, she didn't seem to recall. So I gave my receipt number, so they didn't like try to charge me again, but there was no communication between the worker and the owner. When he showed up, he was with his wife, and she did not come out of the car, so I just started helping him, and once he scrapped the wall, I started getting it out on the patio. I wasn't completely impressed with the service. They came out several weeks after I had purchased the big deal. I felt like $60 was worth it.  I wished that they would have been more responsive, but I understand. The owner was very professional on phone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were fine. We probably wouldn't use them again but it was nothing against them; we just don't use this service very often. We would consider using them again.

I'm not sure of the exact date of the service, but they were on time and cleaned the entire home.   I generally do not use a cleaning service, but this was a gift from my husband.  There were a few areas that weren't as spic and span as I would have liked, but overall they were friendly and did an OK job.

They cleaned out our garage.  There were scheduling mis-haps.  They advertised that items would go to charity but when I asked for a receipt they said no that they actually keep what they want the rest goes to junk.  I was disappointed in the Deal.
