Two ladies arrived at the appointed time ready for work. Cleaned five bathrooms (one needed some extra scrubbing), Vacumned all the carpeted areas, mopped the hardwood and tile areas, cleaned blinds, wash glass doors and even some windows they could reach. Dusted and clean counters, just a general very good cleaning. MIssed the microwave, but i'am giving them an "A" anyway, because this large (5200 sf) needed a good cleaning. We got plenty for our money. Will call them again

- Granite Gold Inc.I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "I found Act One Cleaning on Angie’s list. We decided to have our very dirty carpets cleaned on our new home rather than replace them hoping to stretch them out a year before replacing them. Steve made it clear from our initial phone call that he was not interested in up-selling and only interested in cleaning my carpets and ensuring that we had the best customer service experience possible in the process. Steve arrived on time and was extremely organized. He put up a plastic barrier on the front door so that heat wouldn’t escape while he worked and blankets under his equipment to protect our floors that weren’t carpeted. He used several techniques to remove stubborn stains and spent several hours throughly cleaning our carpets. I was thrilled with the results. The carpets look nearly new and there’s no need to be thinking of replacing them. Steve is a rarity in the service industry.
