It was an adequate job. A deep clean to use implies details and we're not detail-oriented, just crest and crevices, just the corners of the windows and things like that are how they can improve.

I use them every other week.

They never got back to me.

They're very prompt. In this area, they drive around little yellow cars. They're coming in again this Thursday. We use them twice every month. We've been using them for many years, at least 10 years. It's like walking into a hotel room when we get home. Everything is clean and well done.

The arrangements went smoothly and the office contact was professional. The relative had nothing but praise for the results. She said the two maids were there for about six hours. Now that is a deep clean. She said that you could smell the "clean".

I have used the Maids for over 14 years and highly recommend them for the great job they do. You can trust the team in your home with your personal possession 100%.  They always do a great job and will follow up to make sure your happy. We have four bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms large kitchen and a Man Cave/ Home theater.  The house always looks like a show model after they leave.

Usually three people come in and immediately go to work, each specializing in an area such as vacuuming, bath room, etc. Carpets, rugs and upholstery are vacuumed. Tile, marble and stainless surfaces are spotless and shining. Door knobs and other "communicate" items are disinfected and cleaned. We have had them do deep cleaning which included walls, etc. They provide their own materials and chemicals. The same individuals return regularly and they finish within 90 minutes for normal work, less than an hour if they have four in the crew. Price in competitive with previous individuals  that required us to provide materials.

My cleaning team is wonderful.  I would rather point things out to them myself, rather than (for lack of a better term) tattle on them. They pretty much know how I am and work to my satisfaction. The office, not so much.  They seem difficult to work with and do not seem to want to make their customers happy.

They are a wonderful group.  I have no problem with the service.  It's professional and hard working.  I ALWAYS straightened up before they came and NEVER left a mess.  They were never longer than 1 1/2 hours at a three bedroom condominium.  It's just too pricey.

They are a bigger company and definitely are more expensive. The team lead was awesome. She did a great job. All the other cleaners did a great job. They seemed to be a lot more expensive than everyone else. They are almost twice as expensive as everyone else. Only certain cleaners could only do certain rooms. The lady in the kitchen could only do the kitchen and not help out in the rest of the house. I think that sometimes slows stuff down. Overall it was a good experience. They did a great job but I think I could probably find a better value out there with a smaller company.

The team of 3 arrived on time.  There was great improvement in the cleanliness of the house.  However, it still did not reach the level of my or my husbands expectations.  It was nit picky things that did not seem to warrant an additional trip.  For instance the lazy susan in the cabinet was not wiped down.  My biggest problem was the refund I was due was not automatically sent.  I called this morning, more than a month after the service, to inquire.  Danielle asked if I wanted it mailed and I replied yes.  I don't know what I needed to call to have this happen.  It seems to me when the paperwork was turned in the refund should have been sent promptly.  I could understand if I had further services scheduled  with them but that was not the case.

The reason that I have used them for so long is that they are reliable.  They use teams of cleaners so that if one is sick they have people that can fill their spot.  They are very flexible and reliable with scheduling.  They alternate heavy and light cleaning depending on what I need done that visit.  I have had one thing broken but after I talked to them about it they sent it out to have it repaired for me.  I have never had to worry about something being stolen.

They did a great job.  They were responsive to my schedule.  The house was cleaned to my expectations.  Their price was expensive.  We are not currently using them, but it was just an economical decision.  I used them when I was working, but when I retired I quit using their service.

They send out 3-5 people at a time. We have tried other companies and they don't measure up with The Maids.

I had just purchased a home that my family and I were moving into and I wanted it to be thoroughly and professionally cleaned prior to moving in because the previous owners had pets and the home was very dusty and dirty and cleaning it was more than I wanted to tackle myself. I was given a price range for the cleaning over the phone based on the size of the home and my description of what I needed done. The estimate seemed less than what I felt the job was worth -even at the high end of the range - because the house is so large. I assumed the price would change when the maids came out and actually assessed the home - which it did and I had no problem with that. However, when the job was "finished", I was given a much higher price because The maids had apparently gone way over the amount of time allotted in the quoted amount "after" the visual assessment. Even though the time went over because I asked the supervisor to tell me which rooms were completed so I could begin my inspection while they were doing other rooms. Upon my inspection, I found MANY things that hadn't been cleaned - very obvious things. The inside nor outside of the bathroom cabinets had  been cleaned - at all! The bathroom floors had not even been swept - much less hand cleaned (I have 5 bathrooms). The bedroom ceiling fans and window sills had barely been touched (I have 5 bedrooms). The refrigerator had been cleaned, but not the freezer side of the side by side refrigerator. The front of the kitchen cabinets, inside of drawers, nor inside of cabinets hadn't been wiped down at all. The list goes on and on. All of these things were brought to the supervisor's attention and the crew went back and supposedly cleaned them. I had spent my entire time there with the crew and didn't have the energy to do a 2nd inspection after the 2nd cleaning. When I did do the 2nd inspection, I was shocked at how much still wasn't properly cleaned. The Maids sent another crew out the next day or day after, and they were shocked at how much had not been properly cleaned. The 2nd crew noticed some marks on the fire place and tried to clean it and brought it to my attention when it didn't clean.  The fireplace is marble and it appeared as if someone had spray something on it and forgot to wipe it - there were stain streaks.   The only other people who had been in the home cleaning, spraying, and wiping was the 1st crew.   The 2nd crew called the office manager and advised of the situation.  The  manager said it couldn't have been caused by their maids because they don't use chemicals or spray anything.   I told them that it looked like someone sprayed the fireplace and then forgot to wipe it.  The manager said based on the time the 2nd crew spent at my house, it was really dirty and that it looked like someone else had tried to clean - duh, I hired you because the house was dirty and someone did try to previously clean it - YOUR 1st CREW.  It dawned on her the absurdity of the statement as soon as the last word left her mouth so I let that go.   When they finally got someone to come out and a assess the damage and recommend how it could be cleaned/repaired, they said the guy that inspected said the stains appear to have been there a while.   At this point, the company is calling me a liar in an attempt to not accept responsibity.   I previously explained to them that if the stains had already been there, the 1st crew would have noticed it and brought it to my attention like the 2nd crew did.  The work was done mid March; it is mid May now and I just got the e-mail today from The Maids saying that the stains were already there - hence this e-mail.   I sent an e-mail reply to them letthing them know of my dissatifaction of their services and how this was handled and that I would no longer pursue this further with The Maids, however, I would let other Angie List customers know of the kind of service The Maids provided me. 
The only positive review I can give about The Maids based on my experience is that they did a great job vacuuming the carpet and the ladies on the 1st crew and the 2nd crew were very nice.

The service was excellent.  They were highly professional and efficient.  I'm sure they do more than just general house cleaning.

They come every two weeks to provide service. They have been excellent. I have been using them for over a year and I have been very pleased. Their price is high, but I imagine it's in line with others.

Poor job for price

Scheduling service was a breeze. The telephone representative was nice and courteous. She assured me I would receive the cleaning I was looking for. The cleaning crew arrived at the appointed time on the scheduled date. Because they arrived when carpet cleaners were in the residence, The Maids team leader was concerned about providing adequate service without hindering my service from the carpet cleaners. Her concern was impressive and appreciated. After approximately three hours the crew packed their equipment and prepared to depart. Just before paying the team leader I took a quick survey of the house--to the naked eye everything met standard. The floors were clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the baseboard was clean. However, after the crew left I inspected my house a little closer. To my surprise the kitchen had not been cleaned very well at all. Food debris was left in a drawer, trash could still be found under my indoor grill, and a few surfaces were still dirty. I called the office to report these issues. According to the literature provided, cleaning could be re-accomplished if it is not satisfactory, if The Maids are notified within 24 hours of cleaning. I spoke to a representative who stated she would send a crew back the next business day to re-clean the areas that did not meet my satisfaction. A new crew returned to clean my residence the next business day. This crew was remorseful the previous cleaning crew did such a poor job. They performed a fantastic job! I was thankful for their services. I only wish I had received this same level of service the first time.
