We had never had that type of renovation done before and we were pleasantly surprised. They were here every day at 7:30 in the morning and they put in a full day every day except when they were waiting on something which was rare. They did everything we asked them to do. I was at home during the renovation and anytime something came up, they would come downstairs to have me come and look at it. They were very accommodating. There was one little glitch which I was very upset about. It was something I should have known but it was something that I didn't know was going to look the way it did when it was installed. I talked to them about it the next day and they told me what they could do. It was not a problem and I was so relieved that they didn't say they couldn't change it. They didn't charge any extra and they saw my point. They were very professional, prompt and nice. They were very, very easy to work with. The people they brought in to do the electrical were fabulous and did a very nice job. They handled everything and there were no surprises. We were so lucky that it went so smoothly. We would absolutely use them again. The father also did a small job for us. If they are not extremely busy they will do small jobs

She also painted the entire interior of the upstairs of my house. Many of the walls required extensive preparation. When completed there was not a flaw.

Phillip Wentzell came out promptly and not only gave me an extremely reasonable estimate, but also had several suggestions on each room that resulted in a fantastic outcome. He was able to let me know exactly when his crew would be here, for how long, and what would be done each time they came. The painter, granite people, and plumber were trustworthy, seasoned professionals who did an excellent job. The cabinet crew members were pleasant, courteous, and painstaking in their work. I have a beautiful kitchen and bath, and I (and my neighbors)cannot recommend these fine people highly enough
- BUD'S CABINETSThey were absolutely fantastic and they were professional. They were a local mom and pop business. They custom made our cabinets and they also had good selection to choose from. They made them with no wasted space and the design was very pleasing to the eye; it was very attractive. I have been happy with quality and they had reasonable prices too
- RENOVATION CREWI cannot praise David McCormick and his crew enough. Our kitchen was a total tear down. The custom cabinets are absolutely gorgeous. The hand-laid wood floor is just perfect. Ditto the granite. David had some very good ideas that we implemented (like a beverage center). The new walk-in shower is also gorgeous. The craftsmanship of all the crew is superb. The one thing, especially, that makes The Renovation Crew different is that you don't pay them a dime until all the work is done to your satisfaction. I was stunned when David told us that. A refreshing change from most contractors. The prices were very, very reasonable. I've had a couple friends see our new kitchen and both of them had just one word... "Wow!". I found the perfect color for my design, the Bellair Maple Haze is a desaturated cornflower blue I couldn't find anywhere else.... The customer service made ordering online less intimidating as they have design professionals to walk you through your project's requirements. "For my last project I needed 25 pieces of semi transparent textured bend inserts. Palace Of Glass provided preproduction sketches displaying the different styles of pattern layout. My client choose to manufacture a sample first and Palace Of Glass delivered expedited production. Sample really helped to make final decision even though it was not cheap!!! The order was delivered timely, and detailed photos were provided by the factory including the shipping crates and the cut outs for hinges. Would order again!
