Due to the slope and scope, the job was extremely challenging. Jason and his team were determined and very hardworking. The outcome was amazing. I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to kudzu. Throughout the project, the communication with Jason was excellent. They started the job when promised, finished it promptly even though we told them we were in no rush, and made helpful suggestions that resulted in a better project outcome. They even came back to do a little touch-up work we wanted even though we’d already paid them in full (some contractors would not have come back).
