He built a prototype and came to the house to discuss and confirm design options before building it in his workshop (no mess at our house was a plus). He was able to cut a hole in the floor smaller than we originally expected, and get the plumbing hooked up without needing additional damage to our tiles. He finished the entire job in one day which was impressive. We ran into a minor issue with the faucet leaking after Jim had left. When I called him he was kind enough to immediately come back. We discovered it was due to a defective water line connection supplied by the manufacturer. He then made a trip to HomeDepot to get new parts and had the issue resolved within a little over an hour! That's world class service right there, most companies would say 'Sorry, we'll come back tomorrow'. We have a toddler and having to leave our water shut off overnight would have been a huge pain. Jim was very professional and easy to get along with throughout the whole process. I would absolutely hire him again."
