"We called Mr. Electric to provide a quote for removal of existing and installation of a new light fixture in two-story foyer. They were very responsive and sent out a technician within a couple of hours to provide a quote. Once the technician arrived, he proceeded to complete a in-home survey of our electrical panel, exterior electric box and electric meter. He then reviewed the scope of work and came back inside within about 10 minutes. He went over the home inspection and then provided the quote that’s where things went sideways. The quote was $1169! 😳 Again, that is to remove an existing light fixture in a foyer and replace it with a more current contemporary styled one. We explained that the quote was excessive based on our estimates from other providers. He indicated that they had just revised their pricing and that their pricing was in line the other major electric service providers. Needless to say, we explained to the technician that we would not be going with their services due to the price point."

"We absolutely loved using Safe Electric! Bob, Eric, and Don were extremely knowledgable and treated us with the upmost respect! They walked with us at the end of each day to show us the progress and make sure everything was still in line with what we were wanting. We had electric ran to a shed, a panel upgrade and the main wire from the meter replaced. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism of the guys! We won't use anybody else!"

"Terry was fantastic to work with. He was even willing to come out on a Sunday, working around our busy schedules. He installed a mantle mount mm540 above my fireplace to mount my Samsung 60 tv. It is perfect with all cables concealed. I had others quote me around the same price (some higher), but tell me they would leave a large hole in my wall I would need to repair. Terry said absolutely not...that is not professional. He truly was the epitome of a professional, he was meticulous in his install and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. He was very friendly. Definitely one of the better experiences we have had with any contract work we have had done in our home. I am so glad we found Tery and his business Techelp4you. Would definitely recommend to others and will be hiring him for future work on our next home."

"I recently moved into a new home with some electrical issues, and I had been searching for an electrician for several weeks. I interviewed dozens of electricians and could not find anyone that felt right for me and that I could trust. I had several issues in the home, the first of which I wanted to tackle was the panel and service.
I saw an Angie's list deal and contacted Jeremy. He responded right away. He came out the same day to look at the panel and had his team out that same week to complete the work. He was the most responsive and most thorough of the 10+ electricians I received quotes from or talked to. He is not only an excellent electrician but is also a superior communicator and highly responsive.
All of the other electricians I spoke with were anywhere from 4+ to 8+ weeks out with work and frequently did not bother getting back with me on quotes or questions. Jeremy was no more than 2 weeks out and always responded when I had a question or concern.
As for the work done, I was very impressed with the quality of work that Jeremy and his team did. I will be using Undefined Heights for all of my future electrical needs, and I suggest you do the same. Jeremy and his team get an A+ in my book. Thanks Jeremy!

"J's Electrical & Maintenance was absolutely amazing. Very quick and responsive setting up appointments. Arrives on time. While here they completed changing out an old range hood , new doorbell transformer, helped setting up new doorbell, installed a new light ballast and fixture, and a ceiling fan installation. All of the work was done with precision and in a timely fashion. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. We will 100% be using them for our future electrical needs."
