YOUR ONE STOP SOLUTION FOR FIRE & WATER RESTORATION, MOLD REMEDIATION, ASBESTOS REMOVAL, LEAD ABATEMENT, PROFESSIONAL CLEANING, EXTERIOR/ INTERIOR FULL SERVICE CONSTRUCTION/REMODELING & MORE! - 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE - FREE ESTIMATES - LICENSED EXPERTS - WE WORK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY! - RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL - INSURED AND BONDED

"I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. I called them to do a water mitigation for a small apartment. It took them SIX months for the work to be completed! The manager knew that I was out of town, so he took advantage of me. The second that I told him I was flying in to check on his work, "all of a sudden, the work was completed." Except it wasn't: They have installed a different sized vanity in my bathroom! so there is a huge, and visible gap from the wall to the vanity They did not install a faucet stopper The sink and the mirror touch each other so you can't even turn on the water And worst of it all-they have installed new floor on top of a leak! when I went inside the apartment for the first time to check on their work, I stepped on the floor and there was gushing water that came out of there. When I called Luis, the first thing he told me: what did you do?! Are you kidding me?? He was extremely rude to me and told me that I wasn't a five year old and that I should have checked on their work earlier!! The audacity on this man. This man is a con artist and he is running a scam. Please be careful and go to a reputable, more legit company."

Sewer Cleaning questions, answered by experts

No, you should not see water in a sewer cleanout. If you do, it could indicate that you have a block or leak in your main sewer line—which can cause sewage to back up inside your home and potentially flood your yard. Your best bet is to call a local sewer cleaner if you notice any water or sewage around your cleanout.

Your home has a few telltale signs of a sewer line problem. If you notice multiple plumbing fixtures (toilet, sink, or shower drains) appear to be clogged, call a plumber ASAP. Also, if water appears in the tub or shower when you flush the toilet, you likely have a sewer line issue. A sulfur (rotten eggs) smell and bubbling or gurgling noises at the drain also warrant a check. And keep your eyes peeled for changes to the yard, such as a new indentation or mysteriously soggy grass.

If your drain doesn’t have metal crosshairs or crossbars, you should use a tub drain extractor. These tools create a grip on the drain so you can turn it using a 1/2-inch ratchet drive, drain key, or wrench. Your drain may not have crosshairs if it's old and broken.

Regardless of the drain cleaner type you choose to use, they all work through chemical reactions that create heat. Thanks to the heat, the clogged hair begins to dissolve until it is able to be flushed away. To avoid clogs in your drain due to hair, use hair catchers and empty them out after every shower.

A clogged sewer line is not typically covered by homeowner’s insurance, though some sewer line issues are covered. For instance, damage related to a fallen tree is usually covered. Though sewer line replacement is not covered in a standard insurance policy, some companies offer add-ons for this purpose. Read the fine print before spending your own money.
