They told me they were going to come out and look at the problem but they never did. He came out once and he told he's going to get back with me. We called them and they said they would call us back but they never did call us back. The work was for a home improvement. They were okay once they came out. Keep in mind that we had paid in full already, but Dan made it clear that if there was anything amiss, he was going to take care of it. Dan's sons Derek & Drew spent a great deal of time with us during the estimate and walked every square inch of our roof, answering every question we had (plus some we had not thought of). A few weeks later the team arrived right on time, with Vinnie managing the team and the lead Rodney explaining everything and communicating with my wife and I the entire time.
