The subfloor replacement was ok except Steves floorings subcontractor managed to somehow get the subfloor elevation off on one side and the kitchen countertop had to be shimmed to hide this defect. After the kitchen cabinets were installed the existing door pulls were not installed . Steves flooring had to be constantly reminded to pick up construction debris.
