"Gentleman was prompt and arrived early the next day as promised.. He explained what he thought was wrong and had the trimming and medicating of our large spruce tree done by the end of the day. He stated he was sure of his diagnosis and that our tree "would be a happy tree now". He also gave us some advice on our other bushes and said he would be happy to lay out a plan for plant care and trimming if we would like.
