They called in a few weeks to make sure it would be OK for the next day around noon. They showed up , removed the tree and stump very quickly without ever needing contact with us, which was important due to Covid-19. My wife and I watched the removal through our windows and were impressed with their expertise. They cleaned up every trace they were there. We are very satisfied."

The company tried to charge me $250.00 to repair the part that they had improperly installed. Furthermore, they have no-called, no-showed on service calls.
