"Excellent service which provided outstanding results.  Computer was running so slow my wife wanted me to buy another computer.  Using Angies List I was able to find this company who I called right away.  I made arrangements to drop off my laptop on Friday night and was able to pick it back up Sunday afternoon.  Took it home and it runs just like the day i bought it.  James loaded virus protection software which works better than the software I bought.  Very goodexperience, i will use him again.

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"Monday afternoon, June 10, 2013, I contacted AHS and spoke with a person to get a telephone number for Kase Mechanical as I had not heard from them.  She gave me the number and suggested I contact them instead of waiting for them to contact me.  I called Kase Mechanical immedietly.  Spoke with a very nice lady named Alma.  She said she would check their appointment schedule and call back.  I explained to her that it was extremely hot (mid to high 90's inside), and that due to my child's severe allergies, we cannot open the windows and we do not own fans (we moved from a state in the north where it wasn't needed).  I heard from Alma about 3 hours later (around 4 or 5pm) that no one would get out to us until Wednesday, June 12 between 2 and 6pm.  My husband received a message from Alma when he returned home from work that day that said the technician couldn't be there on Tuesday, June 11 because of an emergency.  My husband had never called Kase Mechanical or AHS, so he called back.  They were apparently confused and thought they had schedule the appointment with me initially on June 11.  On June 12, promptly at 2pm, the technician arrived.  The work consisted of replacing the fan motor on the c/a conditioning unit as it had burned up.  The work took him approximately an hour.  He was very courteous.  It was extremely hot outside & inside so I provided him with ice water.  He repaired everything, I paid the $60 deductible (which at the time, I thought was high, but realize now the service fee would have been considerably higher), and he went on his way.  I am satisfied to this date, June 24, 2013 as the air conditioning works just fine.  Would definetly recommend this company.
