Complete Tree Service gave me an approximate time of a few weeks and were able to do it. The best I could get from two other companies I contacted was two to six months. They called in a few weeks to make sure it would be OK for the next day around noon. They showed up , removed the tree and stump very quickly without ever needing contact with us, which was important due to Covid-19. My wife and I watched the removal through our windows and were impressed with their expertise. They cleaned up every trace they were there. We are very satisfied.

"I'm truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this job. I would like to address a few comments as our records and recollections show a different situation. Our records show that we were originally hired to do a "code trim" which is to trim the trees to city code only. We did this on 6-30-14 and the bill was for $150. On 7-29-14 we returned at your request and did a full trim of the trees for $650, at which time we also credited your account $150. So the total price in the end was $650 for a full trim of your trees. It was our understanding at that time that you did not want the bushes trimmed, so they were not included in the estimate for tree trimming. As far as the trees looking shabby, we are very sorry you feel that way and I have given your feedback to the employees who performed the work. Again, we sincerely apologize that we did not meet your expectations and for any miscommunication during your job. If there is anything we can do to make it right please don't hesitate to call us. Thank you."

No well Matt was very rude didn't show up and had to call office twice to find out that stump grinder was broken and he was not doing removals today. No one called to reschedule my appt.

This is the THIRD local Tree Service Company I have contacted to have my trees at my house trimmed. I called this company a week ago, told them I was interested in having my trees trimmed and asked them to send someone out to give me an estimate. They assured me I would be hearing from someone in the next day or two. I waited until the beginning of the next week and called them back. I gave them my name again and they "couldn't seem to find my information". I gave them the info a second time and they once again assured me I would hear back from them soon. Nothing. I called a THIRD time and asked what the problem was. The gentleman said he would get on the phone with the guy who does the estimates and "call me right back". That was yesterday. I still have heard nothing from them. I called them a few minutes ago (at 11:30am) during normal business hours and got a recording. I left a message asking them to cancel my estimate and I would find someone else to take my money. WOW!! What ever happened to customer service? I recommend giving this company a WIDE BERTH.
