"I'm truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this job. I would like to address a few comments as our records and recollections show a different situation. Our records show that we were originally hired to do a "code trim" which is to trim the trees to city code only. We did this on 6-30-14 and the bill was for $150. On 7-29-14 we returned at your request and did a full trim of the trees for $650, at which time we also credited your account $150. So the total price in the end was $650 for a full trim of your trees. It was our understanding at that time that you did not want the bushes trimmed, so they were not included in the estimate for tree trimming. As far as the trees looking shabby, we are very sorry you feel that way and I have given your feedback to the employees who performed the work. Again, we sincerely apologize that we did not meet your expectations and for any miscommunication during your job. If there is anything we can do to make it right please don't hesitate to call us.
