"Had the crew again - this is my 4th time using ByAllMeans. As always, I was more than pleased.
This time was just helping me wrap up a few misc projects for the year and doing some basic
landscaping prep for next year.
It doesn't matter what project I put them on, they excel and surpass my expectations every time.
They are willing and able to accomplish every task I come up with and make suggestions when
I am not sure how I want it done. My guest house porch and siding make the place look brand new.
I am looking forward to the winter break from projects but will have them back in the spring to get
busy on next years projects.

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."

"My call was for landscaping. I had an idea but needed it put in place. Mr. Gower made a waterfall flow into a rock pond complete with a small bridge over it. The area was approximately 30" x 25'. I was completely taken back by the way it flowed with my property. Mr. Gower is dependable, reliable and had an eye for making my vision come to life.
