    They really went above and beyond. Not only did they completely remodel my bathroom, they fixed portions of a another bathroom, also installed fans and lights throughout the house. Very professional, always kept me up to date on what they working on at all times. Courteous to my household, especially when it came to cleanup. They even put new plumbing in my basement, he is truely a jack of all trades. I would highly reccomned them to anyone, the price was the most competitive I found and they truly do honest and good work

    After several uses we noticed a leak in the base of the shower. We called the contractor who came to the house within hours. He had in tow the foreman of the tile crew who did the shower work. They spent nearly an hour going over the floor and wall and running the shower to recreate the leak. Mr. Maness scheduled a time later in the week and repairs were made. The problem was corrected

    This contractor is suburb! He had built a custom oak entertainment center as well as an oak bookcase/desk unit, they are gorgeous! So I wanted to see what he could for me in the bathroom. He did not disappoint me with this project. He put in a marble shower with body jets and glass doors. In the shower he hand cut each tile and made alcoves for soap, shampoos,etc. Thebdrain he put in was perfectly cut in with marble!! He installed recess lighting, a new commode, and custom built vanity. He arrived at the job site everyday at the same time, and upon leaving left the job site immaculately clean. It took about 3 weeks to complete the project and it was well worth every penny and minute spent. I do believe in the fall I will see what he has in mind for a Kitchen/ Dining area. I would highly recommend this contractor! He is honest and top notch at everything he does

    Note: The other review on here was taken by an Angies List agent, who called *me*. My description to the agent did not come out quite as intended on here, so this review is an update. //// Mr. Hawthorne was actually my first choice to perform the projects that needed to be done, and I let him know this. I think he would have performed about the best work. What has disappointed me is that he kept putting me off, and eventually not answering his phone or returning calls, rather than just being straight up with me as to why he did not want to perform the work. I realize that, as a business owner, he does not have to take every project, every job, and I completely respect that, but I also equally deserve to be told the truth. That is all I want...the truth. That's why I cannot give a good review, despite my feeling that he would do outstanding work. If this is a massive misunderstanding and I have this all wrong, I would be all too eager to listen. If he would like to call me and discuss this with me so that we understand each other, I will be all too happy to retract this review, but until then I do need to be honest in the same way that I would like Mr. Hawthorne to be honest with me

I highly recommend selecting Rob to handle your needs. The installers were professional, respectful and diligent. They worked hard under cold conditions. They were cognizant of their cleanliness too and swept up frequently. The fiberglass windows and doors look great and I examined them thoroughly. My neighbors have been complimentary too.     These cabinets are beautiful! They are well constructed from quality hardwood and NO particle board! I found the perfect color for my design, the Bellair Maple Haze is a desaturated cornflower blue I couldn't find anywhere else.... The customer service made ordering online less intimidating as they have design professionals to walk you through your project's requirements. One cabinet did arrive damaged but they remediated the issue and were helpful and responsive and resolved the issue promptly. I myself, made a error and they bent over backwards to help me remedy the problem with great sympathy and patience and accommodated several requests above and beyond what you typically experience in online stores....

    The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. &nbsp;The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a &quot;leap of faith&quot; to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br /

    I purchased the doors and drawer fronts from Cabinet Door World because they were the only company willing to match the paint I was painting the cabinets. By mistake I ordered the incorrect hinges. They took them back and supplied the correct hinges free of charge and they upgraded to soft close for free.
