"Bath Fitters was by far the fastest and most competent shower installer that we had talked to. Pricing was comparable to other places but the thing that sold us was how personable Kenny was at the estimate. "It was a pleasure to work with Ron. He found that the bottom of the tub needed to be refinished, but the sides were in good shape -- so he only scraped the bottom and charged me less. He also saw that the outside of the tub had never been refinished and recommended leaving it as is. I appreciate a workman who tells me what doesn't need to be done, and then doesn't charge me for it! The tub looks beautiful, and Ron was pleasant, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.
