"Still in the beginning phase. Weather hasn’t cooperated. Sales representative Jeremy Winans is very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. We are having two ponds built and a new ICON home put between them. Brian VanDevender and his field crew have been very helpful and have taken the time to explain each step. Their approach to controlling water from 5 springs and a small drainage creek has worked exceptionally. We’ve got 10 days of no rain in the forecast and I expect that will allow completion on schedule. I would recommend VanDevender Construction for any job as of today and don’t see me changing my mind."

"Employees were polite, professional and took pride in their work. We were kept up to date on project progress. When unexpected problems came up they explained the situation to us in detail and in a manner that we could understand. We were offered options to address the problems in a cost effective manner. Some of the work created a huge dusty, dirty mess in the upper floors of our home. They provided a house cleaner to clean the areas effected which was very appreciated. We are very pleased and gladly recommend Alltek."

"Alford had waterproofed my basement 2 years ago & I've been very pleased with that project. This time, a mouse had gotten in thru an open garage door when weather started getting cold, and had found a hole in a cinder block wall and had babies! I had already trapped and killed 5 before calling Alford. The rep was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, etc. He quoted me a price which was very reasonable but I decided to wait & see...it's been 6 days since last one killed & I still have traps set throughout the house but if I have any further issues, I would not hesitate to call Alford!"
