Upon checking on their work we found our entire home had be ransacked (someone had gone through everything including our bedroom drawers and my office file cabinets and bookcase) leaving definite indications of his searches. We still don't have a complete list of missing items. When apprised of our discovery to someone representing himself as the office manager in Wheeling he offered no apology, but instead commented on the turnover he has to endure in his workforce. Although their work was to our satisfaction, I would not trust the people they send out."

"I never had the same people come to my house to clean. I was out of town for 3 weeks with someone staying at my house. About 3 weeks after my return, I went to my jewelry box and found my diamond earrings missing as well as a diamond necklace. I cannot prove they are responsible, but the only other person in my house during that 6 week period, were the Maids and my dog sitter. I tried to contact the manager of the Maids several times and she never returned my calls. The fact that I trust my dog sitter and I have no idea who the Maids were that came to my house, leaves me uncertain as to whether they are responsible. I have NEVER had anything stolen from me in all my 74 years. Needless to say, I no longer use this company. "
