The Maids

I never had the same people come to my house to clean. I was out of town for 3 weeks with someone staying at my house. About 3 weeks after my return, I went to my jewelry box and found my diamond earrings missing as well as a diamond necklace. I cannot prove they are responsible, but the only other person in my house during that 6 week period, were the Maids and my dog sitter. I tried to contact the manager of the Maids several times and she never returned my calls. The fact that I trust my dog sitter and I have no idea who the Maids were that came to my house, leaves me uncertain as to whether they are responsible. I have NEVER had anything stolen from me in all my 74 years. Needless to say, I no longer use this company.

One area was poorly cleaned at the initial visit. After calling the company, they rescheduled another full house cleaning to correct the issue. Subsequest cleanings have been satisfactory

The servie was quite good.  Four people came out and it took them one and a half hours to complete the work.  I would say they are good and reliable. Everything looked okay when they were done.

The Maids have been cleaning my house for the past 5 years and they continue to exceed my expectations in every way. The quality of their work and thoroughness of cleaning is truly exceptional. Additionally, the owners and office staff are extremely customer service oriented and flexible when I need to make changes to my cleaning schedule.

They do a really good job and overall, I am quite happy with their quality of service.  They have been very responsive when I have had questions or concerns.

They come with a team of 3 or 4, so they can be done in an hour. They do not tie up an entire day They always call to remind me when they are coming and always come when they say they will.

The interaction has been very pleasant and I haven't had any problems. I am very happy with them. I think they do a pretty good job cleaning each time.

The workers did not come at one time. When they did show up it was late in the afternoon, and they were all tired. The company had a gal call me to try to get me to use their service again.

The entire process was excellent! Rhonda came and gave us a bid based on how much time she estimated the job would take to complete. She also explained how they would work as a team. Her team cleaned the entire house in an extremely efficient manner. They did a great job! We will definitely have them back.

Need to be monitored regarding dusting, otherwise it is not done thoroughly (not all surfaces). Workers with good attitude and reliable. Overall, good job.

The cleaning crew does a thorough job each time they come to the house. They are professional & trustworthy. The office staff is courteous & professional when I need to contact them.

THE FIRST CLEANING WAS VERY WELL DONE, BUT COST A LOT OF MONEY, OVER $300. THE SECOND AND THIRD TIME WERE LESS SATISFACTORY. I LEARNED THE CLEANING PERSONNEL ARE ON A TIME LIMIT. AS A RESULT, THEY ARE HURRIED AND EVEN RUN OUT OF TIME TO FINISH. I WAS TOLD MY JOB WAS NOT ESTIMATED ACCURATELY AND MY COST WOULD INCREASE. I THOUGHT IT WAS EXPENSIVE ALREADY. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

THEIR MANAGEMENT IS NASTY AND DISCOURTEOUS. THEY WOULD TRY TO CHANGE THE SCHEDULING OFTEN WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR THEM. I ALWAYS ACCOMMODATED THEM. THE ONE TIME I NEEDED THEM TO MAKE A SCHEDULING CHANGE FOR ME, THEY REFUSED. THIS PRICE WAS PER PERSON, PER HOUR. THEY NEVER SENT OUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF PEOPLE. AFTER TELLING THE OWNER THIS CONCERN, SHE DID MAKE IT RIGHT BY SETTING A FIXED PRICE FOR ME.
