He showed up when he said he would and worked late into the night on a Saturday to replace a broken water main that had been damaged during the ice storm. The repair required digging under concrete and dealing with a difficult main line situation, but he hustled the entire time and worked efficiently to restore our water. He returned Sunday morning to finish everything up and made sure the repair was completed properly. What really stood out was his work ethic and dedication to getting the job done right. He communicated clearly, stayed focused, and worked through the weekend until everything was resolved. "Jodie Machen is an outstanding workman and job manager. Our home is a old steel-baron era mansion from 1929. It needed a new roof and significant association flashing work. Jodie Machen was the perfectionist I was looking for. Not only did he do an immensely careful job, but he was thorough in his communication with me throughout, calling to touch base not just on formal aspects of the job, but also on convenience questions. His personal presence on the job made sure that his standards translated to his work crew, and together they presented a polite and professional group who I felt very happy to have around my little kids. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company! As an aside, Jodie Machen also fixed a difficult plumbing problem for us, so I suppose he would be great for other similar work as well!"
