While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. I spoke with Brent eventually about the estimate. He answered all of my questions and even called to get specific answers that I had. The crew came and began to work. This time, a mouse had gotten in thru an open garage door when weather started getting cold, and had found a hole in a cinder block wall and had babies! "Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out.
