"Our church building is 60+ years old and has had numerous plumbing problems over the years. We have used many local Plumbing and Heating companies through the years. None of the others could even compete with Grogg's Plumbing Co. The two servicemen that came for the job were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, through and cleaned up any mess at the end of the job. If we have the need, we will definitely be calling on you for any repairs. I wish that you had local resources available, (Clarksburg), but am more than pleased with the service work, and service men that did the work. "I hired Alltek to clean my duct work and dryer vent and paid them 900.00. After just a few months, all my vents were dirty again and I also paid, I think it was 95.00, to have my dryer vent cleaned. Our dryer kept running and running to dry a load after we had them there so my husband checked the vent that was supposed to be cleaned by Alltek and it was packed so full, he had to use an auger to get the lint out. I’ve contacted Alltek and they have not responded. The customer service is a bad as the service. I wish I could add pictures to show how dirty my vents still are and the pounds of lint we pulled from the vent Alltek was supposed to clean. I will not hire them again."
