If there is a minor problem they will go the next day with four people and fix the problem for you. Our older dog was having trouble slipping on the stairs and they have options for that and installed it very quick. It was great. I highly recommend them to anyone that is considering doing floors. "Breen's was VERY prompt about getting back with me and scheduling an estimate.   So I was a bit stumped on the date of the power washing service. They were scheduled to show up at 9:30 AM.  They showed up at about 10:15, and got to work about 10:30.

The two man crew was quite meticulous about the exterior surface cleaning, going "plank by plank" on my vinyl siding. The sidewalk scour was a little project creep, but as the sidewalks were no longer than 10 feet, they tossed it in.

The crew put up with equipment malfunctions and worked until they ran out of daylight.  Great effort.  House looks great. We'll definitely be using them again!
