My home has two HVAC systems and I needed the upstairs unit replaced. I waited for over a year to leave the review to see how everything went. Everything is still working great. They did so much of a better professional installation than the original unit I had. Everything was installed perfect and neat. Not one thing I'm not happy with. They even sent out a foreman about half way through the installation to confirm the technicians were installing it in accordance with their standards. Very professional! Highly recommended.

They came late and checked out the units, told us the problem took the money for the initial visit and never came back to perform the work or called to let us know that they were not coming back.

Very Well. Mark, the appraiser was here within a couple days of initial call. Very profession, courteous and knowledgeable. We signed the contract, paid half down. True to his word, the installer came within the anticipated time frame, called the day before. Installers, Louis and Kevin were also very knowledgeable and professional addressed and dealt with the challenges we had. We have used this company on 2 other occasions. The owner, Mr. Greg Childers, is also to be complimented. Our experience with him is very indicative of a leader/owner who is very committed to providing toward quality customer service. It definitely shows with the people he has working for him. A+ to Childer Enterprises!

There was a one day delay after the first two days of the install due to illness. A new team showed up bright and early the next and expertly finished the job.

20 degrees outside and we had no heat. Gregg personally took care of me when I went to his office. He got a crew together and found me a heating unit then installed it on a Friday when it was snowing and very miserable outside. We had heat that afternoon.
