"This is a small local business, they installed the flooring in our home. They listen to what you want and try to figure out the best way to do it. If there is a minor problem they will go the next day with four people and fix the problem for you. Our older dog was having trouble slipping on the stairs and they have options for that and installed it very quick. It was great. I highly recommend them to anyone that is considering doing floors. I am on the board of directors for local children's museum and they have helped us with flooring and given us an excellent price because we are non profit."

Yes I am new business just getting started, with the research I have done, I am the only company in this area that offers furniture, carpet, hardwood, and tile floor cleaning and shampooing. I will beat all other prices of bigger companies that have to come from Beckley and do a better job. I will service residents and business there is no job too big because I can shampoo and steam it. All i look forward to serve the community I was raised in. Thank you in advance for your business and support.

Carpet Installation questions, answered by experts

Smaller carpet installations may take less than a day, while full-home installations can take several days. However, your carpet installation timeline will ultimately depend on a few factors, including the number of rooms you’re renovating, the project’s total square footage, and the carpet type. Installation will take longer if your carpet company needs to repair your subfloor or remove old tile flooring.

Carpet padding costs an average of $510 to purchase and install in a 225-square-foot room. The price can range from as low as $170 to as much as $850, depending on the brand, the thickness, and the labor cost. Although carpet padding will increase the overall cost of carpet installation, it also helps the carpet hold up longer, reduces noise in the room, and provides more insulation.

Professional installation ensures seamless fitting, extended carpet life, and compliance with workplace standards.

The first step in budgeting for carpet is to determine the amount of carpet you need and the type of carpet you want. You might be tempted to opt for the least expensive option if you have a limited budget, but a low-quality carpet won’t last as long as a high-quality one. When accounting for future carpet repair costs, it makes sense to buy the best-quality carpet you can afford.

Carpet density refers to how closely together the fibers of a carpet are stitched into the carpet backing, with values ranging from 1,000 to 7,000. A carpet density value of 3,000 or higher is considered best for most homes, especially in high-traffic areas, such as a living room or dining room. If you’re comparing two carpets made of the same material, a higher carpet density can indicate better durability and longevity. However, carpet density is only one of many factors that can help you determine a carpet’s quality.
