"We started out hiring Comprehensive Property Solutions for gutter cleaning. And the job quality and personal interactions with John made us want to hire him for doing our basement remodel. We couldn't be happier with him and his wonderful team. The extent of the job was a total room remodel which included demolition of an old brick hearth, a ceiling that was falling down and old 1970's paneling on the walls. They did all the demo and clean up and then hung new drywall on the walls and ceiling, built in a closet, put up new molding and new lights. Also installed a new heating/air conditioning unit in three of the basement rooms. Along the way he did other side jobs for us such as putting molding around our front porch pillars and hauling junk for us on three occasions. No job seems to big or small for this company. You won't meet a nicer and accommodating team. Their professionalism and friendliness made me so happy. Johns communication skills are stellar and I never had to worry that I didn't know where we were in the projects process. When the project was finished we are over the top happy with how everything turned out. We will for sure hire them again in the future."

Yes, technically, you can pressure wash the paint off of brick. However, you run a much greater risk of damaging the brick and causing serious problems. It‘s risky to pressure wash indoors, and we wouldn’t recommend it, but following all safety guidelines can prevent the worst outcomes. Always make sure to use an electric-powered machine over one that’s gas-powered, remove obstacles that could cause tripping or falling, and keep appliances like hair dryers and toothbrushes unplugged and out of the way to prevent electrical hazards. 

You can put a gentle cleaner such as distilled white vinegar, dish soap, or a degreaser in your pressure washer in a detergent injector. The attachment will mix your detergent with the water and spray it out. If you have stubborn stains on your driveway, a gentle cleaner in the attachment can help dissolve and remove those stains. Rinse the area with the pressure washer.

Whether or not you need to winterize your pressure washer will largely depend on where you’re able to store it. For example, if you have somewhere relatively warm to keep it, you won’t need to fill the water pump with antifreeze because there will be no risk of freezing in the first place. However, emptying the gas chamber and refreshing the oil is good to do beforehand, regardless of what storage conditions are available to you.
